Great experience! My hair was looking super busted. I had a baby 2 years ago, and my hair was falling out due to Postpartum, and I wasn't taking care of my hair. I need to dye my hair from brown to black, wash it, blow dry, get it straightened, and cut for my college graduation. Laloni did amazing! She saved my hair. I don't normally let anyone touch my hair because I have a lot of hair, and the texture is all over the place, but she did an awesome job working with it. I'm not from Arizona, so this place reminds me of back home in South Florida, like when I grew up at my old salon. Very homie and welcoming! Thank you again, Laloni, for hooking y'all girl up! My hair looks perfect 😀

So incredibly thankful that Phoenician is a place for the WHOLE family. This includes my son with autism. Alma, Juan, Cecilia, Vanessa Alfredo and crew are just the absolute best at what they do!

If I could give zero star for my recent visit for my hair color, I would so badly. All my highlights are gone and my hair color is back to pitch black. It took me so many visits to turn my hair to light brown so grey hairs are not so prominent. I really wish I can get refund and never visit this place in my lifetime. This is how bad it was this time. They offered me a free fix but I don't have time so it was waste of my hard earned money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a Groupon for a 20 dollar gel manicure. I was excited to try a new salon and was very disappointed with my experience here. I waited an hour even when I had an appointment. I didn't see my nail techs license anywhere near or on her station,she also used her own finger nail to wipe off the excess polish on my fingers. I'm pretty sure she didn't sanitize her tools when she was finished with the woman before me. It only took her about 15-20 mins to do my manicure and it shows because it was a very sloppy job. I have gel polish stuck to my skin. This establishment should maybe just stick with doing hair? Anyways I wouldn't recommend coming here. Don't do it.

Holy shiitake mushrooms, Juan is one of THE most talented hair dressers I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to ensure that I not only got what I wanted (and more) but that the job was PERFECTED. Definitely coming back here for any hair needs!

My first cut with Juan I was impressed, then on my second haircut I decided to try something new . I showed him a picture of a cut that involved bangs and asked him not to cut too short . He said we wouldnt need to cut just razor . Half of the front of my head were bangs. Seems to me he overly razored the bottom and leaving it very thin .My cut looks like a mullet !I messaged him and told him I was very unsatisfied and he asked me to come in so he can fix it . There’s nothing to fix it’s to short and thined out to do anything. Juan had a great attitude though but I was extremely disappointed with the cut . I’m not sure my hair will grow out soon . I regret trying a new look.Attached is what I asked vs. what I got . I don’t recommend.

I love my hair! Wanted my hair dyed purple but not pink like I've seen happen elsewhere... They matched exactly what I was looking for!! I am so happy ❤😊 Also, everyone on staff was fun and very friendly. Phoenician Hair Co will definitely be the only place I get my hair done from now on 🙂
