Same here as many if you. Used to love this place and the massages, but now I feel ripped off. I was in there in September 2025, and nothing was ever mentioned about them closing or new ownership . I scheduled at the end of December and my appointment got cancelled at the last minute through email/text and no explanation. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to schedule a massage and no luck. Not even the Scottsdale location. I recently noticed it is listed as temporarily closed. I too unused credits and filed a complaint with the BBB. EDITED: I got a call back 3/4/26 from the Scottsdale location and was able to schedule an appointment. I was told the owner is dealing with the landlord at the Goodyear location.

We’ve been trying to get in here to the Goodyear location for a massage since late November. They don’t return my calls and come to find out they closed, but yet they still continue to charge my card for my monthly membership. Why would you continue to charge my card if you can’t service us anymore? I’ve tried calling the Scottsdale location, as well to get ahold of someone and nothing. If they are struggling to pay the bills, Scottsdale maybe closing next and they’re going to scam you out of your money like they did us in Goodyear. RUN while you still can If you have been a victim of these people, I advise you to file a complaint to the BBB(Better Business Bureau) as I have. It took me less than 5 minutes to file the complaint. Let’s help each other out to get our money back. Can’t write a 30 day cancellation letter if they don’t return my calls or provide me with an email. So unprofessional, we were loyal here for over 2 years. This is NOT how you treat your loyal customers.

Several years ago, this company was run by a responsible couple and there were 3 thriving locations. It was amazing and my husband and I loved going. Then, they retired (I think in Hawaii) and left the biz to their son, who has singlehandedly ruined it. Now, they have gone from 3 locations to 1, and they are still trying to charge my card and sending late emails. Seriously??? Instead of an email saying "sorry we are closed, (even if it WAS temporary) here are your options" What a joke. Please protect yourself, stop payments from this scammer, and don’t buy gift cards or make appts.

Update: Now their other location is closed! I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Scottsdale Spa and they had a message on their website that they were on vacation. Now if you call, it says they are not taking any calls until the 10th! Please please report these crooks. For some reason, my previous review was removed, but this is so important I'm posting again. This place is closed, yet they continue to accept appointments and membership fees, only to be totally unresponsive. My wife and I and several of our friends have complained to the BBB, and we're considering legal action as this is the textbook definition of fraudulent behavior by the owner. Long story short, he is completely unresponsive and the Goodyear Spa is closed, but they are happily still charging credit cards and taking appointments, only to cancel them later. The eviction notice on their door is dated late December, but you can still make appointments. Insanity.

Im sad to hear this salon spa is closed permanently closed. I'm disappointed they have not reached out to their clients to let them know of the closure via email or phone...Nothing but crickets! If you are set up on automatic payment i recommend canceling your card on file. I tried calling the Scottsdale location and no answer the line kept ringing busy. I hope all the therapist find other work opportunities...They were all GREAT therapist!

Was really disappointed to have my massage and facial cancelled at 4:30am Saturday with no communication and to learn this site has been temporarily closed. I have credits paid and am uncertain of whether I'll get to use them. Even Scottsdale location isn't answering today. Meanwhile my card was charged today for another month.... This has been such a lovely place. Hoping they can get this issue resolved quickly to retain customers and therapists. Regardless, very poor customer communication and service on this matter.

I really love this place! The owners are amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing. The massage therapists are great! I have done facials, massages, couples massages and body treatments. All equally great! I’ve had a membership for over 5 years now! Highly recommend!
