The Mida's Touch Salon, Glendale

I recently visited this salon for Japanese straightening, and I had the absolute pleasure of having Mida’s work on my hair. She did an amazing job! Mida was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, ensuring everything was done to perfection. What really stood out to me was her excellent communication—she took the time to explain how the treatment works and shared tips on maintaining healthy, straight hair. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I’m beyond impressed with her skill and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments. Mida is a true specialist. I got my first Japanese straightening treatment done with her (after years of getting Brazilian blowouts)... My former [excellent] hairdresser retired and I got a Brazilian with someone new, but her blowout didn’t change my hair texture one bit... But then I found Mida, and I sure am pleased I did!! I’ve had plenty of unsuccessful Brazilian blowouts, so I know how hard it is to find someone who uses quality products and does the job well. Mida wants to meet her clients for a consultation first so she can discuss what she thinks the best treatment for your hair would be, which shows that she really knows what she’s talking about and cares about the outcome! My hair is naturally very curly, thick, frizzy, bristly, and difficult to manage, but now it’s dead straight and silky smooth. I’m so pleased I discovered someone who’s great at smoothing/straightening treatments and truly wants your hair to look as good as you do!

I first discovered Mida when my roommate showed me the grey balayage that Mida had done for her. Since then, I have been going to Mida for all my hair coloring and cuts. In addition to her expert skills, she is also truly devoted to making her clients feel satisfied. Recently, I requested her to do a colored money piece for me. I am very happy with the way it turned out! She is very well experienced with working with various types of hair, including asian hair.

I have been using The Midas Touch since 2016. I moved from California, and needed to find a knowledgeable professional to do a root touch up for my Japanese Hair Straightening procedure. I visited several salons in the Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise , AZ areas, and no one measured up to the experience I found with meeting Mida Bui! I have continuously been pleased with her expertise, as well as with the time she takes to assure that my hair looks the best at each visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for both quality and caring in their visit to a hair salon! I have moved to Prescott, AZ, but continue to visit The Midas Touch for my JHS touch up appointments. I believe that The Midas Touch Hair Salon in Glendale AZ is definitely the best hair salon I have used in Glendale, AZ!
