Always a 10/10 experience here! Took my daughter in to get her hair bleached and styled and we couldn’t be happier. They were very sweet and attentive w her and the results were amazing! Her hair is very soft and doesn’t seem damaged! Overall very happy w our experience here.

So happy with my hair cut! I came in for a bang trim but realized I had some split ends. Armen was great and actually listened to what I wanted. He trimmed just enough to remove split ends, while keeping length and adding some layers I wanted. Great experience, highly recommend!

So happy with my haircut!!! I was able to book an appointment within the hour with Jasmine and I got a shampoo + cut + style for such a reasonable price. I'm excited to have found my new salon 🙂

I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's sad to see Rubina who did my hair is no longer there. I loved my highlights and I know that they keep an index card with all the details of all my visits and what she uses to do my partial highlights. I returned and gave it a try and so the lady who did my hair didn't speak English so another person (I think the owner) explained the partial highlights. She put the foil in pretty fast. After being under the heat and then wash, unfortunately my hair was orange and brassy. I asked the owner kindly to fix it because I don't want to drive back again because I live in OC. I think they dyed my hair in the sink cause I can tell that my dark hair is now this weird brown color and the highlights got lighter but it's still not how I wanted it. Even after a couple washes, the owner said it would get lighter but it still looks gold and brassy. It's really ugly and I'm unhappy with my hair. I have spots that look like cheetah where the colors are all uneven. She didn't even try to touch the roots!!!! See photos. Prices have gone up too. Which I can understand. Overall I'm very sad and disappointed.

Friendly staff , came here to get a haircut for my son , Jasmine was very nice and gentle while cutting my son’s hair. Definitely would recommend. Friendly service and affordable price.

Don’t come here my hair is ruined! Woman at the front desk came off rude and there’s is a line of almost black across my head.The front desk women said there was like a black streak across my hair so when I looked at the photo I had seen it and started panic honestly. When I got home and really looked at my hair I seen what she meant.Idk the front desk girl was nice on the phone but came across as rude to me when I was there I did get upset with her and I apologize for that I don’t like getting upset with people but she was making it seem like I had dyed my hair another time after I said I didn’t like I was lying. I even showed them a photo of my roots when I last dyed my hair and it wasn’t even half an inch long, the women at the front desk came off condescending and didn’t take any responsibility she said it wasn’t there fault but it was. Honestly I don’t recommend coming here not only because my hair has a black streak that I’m now going to have to get color corrected which will cost me even more but the women at the front desk customer service wasn’t good.Anyways Narine I’m sorry for coming off rude I don’t want to ever come off as rude to people who take their time to do my hair and put so much effort in we didn’t have a negative exchange but I did with the front desk lady and I just hope that Narine doesn’t feel bad or get in any trouble. Narine was great again I’m very sorry for coming off as rude in general to the girl at the front desk and Narine overhearing Narine was so kind and helpful. Here is a before and after of Narines work Update: The rude owner of this company replied in a rude way of course in yelp so implying I lied I am so shocked at how rude this owner is and how she will not take accountability she is blaming me still when I literally haven’t dyed my hair since then basically calling me a liar. I called to see if I can speak to someone above the owner she said no which is disappointing because she clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers or believe customers. If you look at other negative reviews they also say she’s rude. It’s not my fault you guys screwed my hair up it’s your fault I haven’t dyed my hair since the last time I told you and even showed you proof take accountability. Terrible service I wish I can give negative stars truly don’t come here. Edit : I added a photo of my hair after less than a month it looked terrible. Also I would never come back here first of all so you don’t have to take it off the table lol.

Staff was friendly, but didn’t listen to my needs when asking for my hair cut. Had long hair beyond my shoulders, asked to be left with hair under my ears and was left with hair above my forehead. There is a discount for leaving a review, since i was unhappy but understood there might have been miscommunication, I rated this location 4 stars - to which the host made me change it to 5 in order to get the discount. I’m left with a haircut that needs to be fixed by another salon, even with what’s left of my hair.
