Nooshin is absolutely 10/10! This was my first time seeing her for a bob cut with a V-shaped undercut, and she did an amazing job. She carefully listened to my requests, looked at the reference photos on my phone multiple times, and kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure we were on the same page. I love how neat and precise the result turned out. I’ll definitely be returning to her for my next haircut!
Ashley was amazing. I showed her the photo what I wanted and she did exactly the same. She was Super professional, polite, friendly and respectful. Will definitely come back and recommend Hair Cuttery and Ashley to people out there.
I’m sorry, but I will never go back to this place. One worker, Lu, completely messed up my hair twice. The first time I asked for dark brown hair and my hair came out bright red. The second time which was today I asked her to cut an inch and a half off of my length and give me layers in my long hair. I HAD LONG HAIR WHICH TOOK FOREVER TO GROW AFTER HAVIG MY LAST BABY. This lady took off near 4 inches and I have shoulder length short hair now. I am beyond upset right now. She told me that my hair was unhealthy, and therefore she unilaterally made the decision to chop my hair off. I told her it was my choice to have my long damaged hair. I only wanted a trim. She did not listen to me and chose to chop all of my freaking hair off. It takes forever for my hair to grow and that’s why I only asked for a trim. ITS NOT HER HAIR. It’s my hair and I have to walk around with it all day until my hair decides to grow back between now and the next five years. Do not go to this place. Near every single person was unprofessional and my hair got messed up twice. I don’t even know why I went back to the same lady, but I thought getting a simple trim was a very simple ask- even Pinocchio himself can trim hair. Clearly it was not. Attached what I asked for versus what I got. I AM SO MAD.
I am very disappointed with my recent visit. My bangs were cut wet, and the stylist sent me home with dripping wet hair without blow-drying or styling. As a result, my bangs are uneven and stringy, and the haircut looks unfinished. This is not what I expect from a professional stylist. I do not recommend this salon.
I clearly explained the haircut I wanted: a #3 on the sides with a medium fade and a light trim on top. Instead, the stylist did a #1 on the sides and a #3 on top, the exact opposite of what I asked for. I stopped her immediately, and she said she "understood something else." If there was any confusion, she should have confirmed before starting the cut. At checkout, she had the audacity to say, "At least we were able to fix it." You can’t fix hair that’s already been cut too short. To make things worse, my wife later noticed several missed spots in the back, leaving it patchy and uneven. I will never return to this place and have already warned family and friends about my experience. Honestly, they’re lucky I even paid, let alone left a tip for such a poor haircut.
Aliyah is an excellent hairdresser with the sweetest personality. She did an excellent haircut on Tuesday and styling today on Thursday. I love the smell of the conditioner treatment but it also that's not good enough for you. Please tell Aaliyah she's is wonderful and I'll see her next time.
If I could give this shop negative -100 stars, I would. The stylist named Annie does not know how to cut hair, yet she kept arguing that she is the best hairstylist. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to be cut, and she still failed to follow it. Even her own coworker admitted that the way my hair was cut was completely messed up. She seemed distracted and unprofessional, as if she wasn’t in the right state to be working. My haircut was ruined, and on top of that, I was charged $24 for it. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Annie was totally unprofessional, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
