Ms. Jimmy has been my stylist for the better part of 15–16 years, and I can honestly say her sew-ins are like an instant facelift I walk out looking at least 10 years younger every single time. Her work is consistently flawless, and it truly speaks for itself. She is extremely professional, caring, and always attentive to both my natural hair health and the style I want to achieve. The salon is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire staff is just as professional as she is. Ms. Jimmy is upfront, innovative, and incredibly knowledgeable, with decades of experience in the hair industry and many well-earned accolades to show for it. What sets her apart is that she genuinely cares not just about your hair, but about you as a client. She goes above and beyond every visit, and her availability and consistency over the years have been unmatched. She has been doing hair for nearly 30 years, and it shows in every detail of her work. Five stars, without hesitation. Ms. Jimmy is that stylist for me, and I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else. 💫

I've been coming here for about 2 years at this point & from day 1 I was treated like family. Always a positive vibe & good energy in this place. I started with twists & have been getting braided ever since (My picture time-line is below). My stylist is Jeremy and he is an absolute BEAST! 💪🏾💪🏾 S/O to The Life Giver!!! The owner Jimmie, is an amazing, soulful, fun, good spirited, health conscious Business Woman who is always willing to help. She also provides a wide variety of health products (Sea Moss, Nutra Burst, Teas, etc...), & services. There are multiple stylists here, all of whom are always very nice, extremely friendly, professional, & skilled at what they do. I highly recommend Hair by Jimmie's. I’ve searched long and hard since I’ve moved to Dallas for a stylist that could take my hair transform it and give it the TLC it truly needs. From my first visit with Jimmie I fell in love with her service and with my hair . She’s a 10/10 if you ask me I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I took my teenager to this salon hoping it would be a good place to start getting her hair done regularly — instead, it turned into a complete disaster. She received a curly perm from a man named John, and due to either the chemicals being improperly washed out or her hair being severely over-processed, all of her hair began falling out. Not in small clumps — we’re talking large handfuls, every day. My daughter went from having thick, long hair to a patchy mullet… and then to visible balding. It got so bad she couldn’t even return to school. This experience has traumatized her and sent her into a deep depression. I absolutely do not recommend this salon. I’ve put the situation in God’s hands now. I know hair grows back — but this should never have happened. I pray no other person has to go through what we did. May everyone involved have the day they truly deserve. Ase, Ase

Lymesia was great with my 11 year old today. She took a great deal of time fixing her hair with tons of patience! She was amazing even with the tears of my tender headed girl. Everyone was so friendly. My baby girl walked out of there on cloud nine. Not only did we have a great experience, I feel we made new friends there as well. Thank you Lymesia!!👍 you Rock!!!

Making a review on behalf of my mother Sherry. She had a wonderful experience, and the hairstylist was very professional! Catering to her hair with care rather than rushing through it.
