I have very short hair, and it's beyond hard to find a great hairdresser for pixie haircut! Instead of googling "best hairdresser", I googled "best hairdresser for pixie haircut", and that's how I found Bill. This is by far the best haircut I had in years. And I love his style. As someone else said, he is not afraid of using his scissors. Perfect haircut. I waited two months which was far too much and I feel human again!

I can’t recommend this salon enough. I booked balayage, but they actually took the time to look at my reference photos and explained why highlights would give me the look I wanted - and they nailed it. My hair is very thick and long, so I expected a marathon appointment, but they finished highlights, toner, and a haircut in around 2 hours and the quality was amazing. It looks blended, bright, and super flattering. Plus, the pricing was refreshingly reasonable. If you’re on the fence because it looks a bit low-key from the outside, don’t be - this place is a gem.

In summary: Basic, no frills, good hair cut. They're not overtly friendly, but certainly nice enough. Shampooing is basic, to the point. No massage, just a cleaning. Bill is fast, yet my hair looked good! Warning: they will let you walk out with dripping wet hair if you don't opt for a blowdry. Bill didn't use a heat protectant before blow drying which was disappointing. It felt like being rushed, but the price and quality of the cut will have me coming back. I have long thin hair (if that matters) and paid $58 for shampoo, cut, and blowdry.

I have short and fine hair. I go exclusively to Bill since I know it will be perfect every time. He has a scissors and he is not afraid to use it! I love my cut and color every time! On the top of it, he is fast and you won't fall to the floor when it comes to pay the bill. Definitely best place to go for sure! Ps. My son says , he does best boys perm in town. Bill has skills!

My haircut with Bill exceeded my expectations! This place is a hidden gem. I decided to take a chance on this salon based on the positive reviews and proximity to another appointment in the area. I am so glad I did. I told Bill what I wanted: face framing layers with a straight cut in the back. He did it exactly as requested and super quickly. I was out in 30 minutes! I will definitely be traveling from DC to get my hair cut her again.

Unfortunately the highlights weren't lifted enough causing the top to be brassy and orange. A root smudge was done on the rest of my hair lighten my natural color to a brassy orange as well. Most hairdressers check to see if the bleach was processed but it wasn't done here and no toner was applied leaving my hair very orange

Amazing cut! I went in with just a vague idea of what I wanted and Bill did a wonderful cut that highlighted my features. He was SO fast but not in a careless way. Best blowout ever! Would highly recommend to all!
