I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it! I did my engagement hair and makeup at MUST, and I was a bit worried at first about whether I could get the exact look I wanted. But the makeup artist and hair stylist were incredibly talented. I wanted a very natural Korean-style makeup look, and she did an amazing job. Anytime I requested a change, she adjusted it quickly and always checked to make sure I was happy. I’m also very picky about hairstyles, but the stylist was truly impressive — such great skill! My fiancé even said this is definitely the right place for our wedding. I can’t wait to see them again on our big day!

Must has an absolutely incredible makeup artist. She gave me a flawless, camera-ready finish with perfect skin tone, seamless blending, and beautiful dimension. My hair was styled to perfection and elevated my entire look. The contour, blush, and highlighter were placed with precision, enhancing my features without ever looking harsh. Every detail was soft, radiant, and perfectly balanced. I provided reference photos and reminded her once before we started, and she recreated the exact look I wanted. It was spot on — even better than I imagined. She truly made my day, and I felt confident, glamorous, and completely myself. I highly recommend Jiae for anyone who wants professional artistry and exceptional results.

I got wedding makeup done for myself (bride), groom, and both mothers. They asked for pictures for inspiration on what hair and makeup I wanted for my big day. They were very nice while doing my makeup but nice is not the service I paid for- it was for professional makeup. I truly felt that it would have been better if I did my own makeup. She did not look closely at any of the 5 pictures I sent and I actually looked and felt like a clown. I wanted a soft Korean look with not much around the eyes and it was the opposite- glitter on top of glitter, lots of stuff going around the eyes that I did not want. The hair was bad too. It was literally just a bun with a bunch of hairspray after splitting my hair. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction in the middle, she just said it’s because she didn’t put airbrush on me. But even after all of that it didn’t look anything like what I wanted. I went home after and cried before putting on my dress because I looked like a disaster, it was nothing like what I wanted, and was my worst nightmare as a bride and it wasn’t cheap either. Also felt they were forcing tip at the end because she kept mentioning to check payment when I already fully paid. Oh and my husband’s and mother in law’s makeup were also done pretty badly and they did not like it one bit. Overall, I really wish I went with another place because it felt very amateur here. I regret it insanely and did not feel beautiful at all on my big day. Spend your money elsewhere. *In response to the owner’s message: I’m actually appalled. I’m just going to state the facts and that’s it. Fact #1: I was never told about a "trial run". And a trial run does not make sense. Why would I hire a professional if they needed a "trial run" to get my desired look? Spending 1k to do a trial run and then spending another 1k for an official make up…? And also making a blatant lie about suggesting a trial run. Fact #2: My mom did not show any picture whatsoever. The whole process was this: they asked me what style I wanted and I sent pictures and they said they would do exactly what I sent them. There was no mention whatsoever about my "mom’s suggestion". EVEN IF SHE DID, wouldn’t a professional clarify with the bride of what she wants? Fact #3: Multiple mentions of tip. Was very uncomfortable and coerced into giving tip Conclusion: Do not come here.

Hello everyone, TLDR: Extremely dissatisfied , pressure about tip, and disrespectful service. I was a groom to be on November 29, 2025. My mom, my mother in law, and my now wife received services on that same day. The service I received was extremely extremely disappointing. First, my wife had a terrible experience. She asked for a particular style but did not receive it and instead they did whatever they pleased to her hair/make up. She wanted a light touch up with not much make up on her eyes but she received a lot of make up on her eyes. She voiced her concerns throughout the process and they immediately responded with "just wait till we put this on". We stated our dissatisfaction afterwards and unbelievably they made up a bunch of lies of why they did the make up like that. They said we should’ve done a trial run spending 1k to make sure we got the make up we wanted and then they said my mother in law specifically requested for the make up to be done like that. Like what..? My wife cried on her wedding day and yours will too if you come here Second problem: My mom’s make up was not it. She is a middle aged woman and they wow. She was extremely not happy about how she looked and I was so excited to see her finally in make up. I dont know my mom constantly kept making comments about how she didnt like her make up thru the entire process and again hey were like "oh just wait!!" Third problem: The pressure of tip. My wife received an email from them saying "payment is due please dont forget about tip". First time was a little weird and then in person they mentioned it 3x. After the services they mentioned "please zelle or tip us immediately". Overall i was extremely sad about the services we received and I hope all of you can find another place to go to. Please go to a place that respects your time/money and also your family members. Our wedding night wasn’t necessarily ruined because of the make up and hair but the service and words being said didn’t quite make us the most congratulated or comfortable. My opinion find somewhere else

My wife had wedding makeup done here last weekend she was happy for the results . The artist listened carefully to the look she wanted and created flawless, elegant styling all day, she felt light and comfortable without smudging. The whole experience that we have done professionally, and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for timeless and beautiful wedding makeup and hair
