Never ever see Abby. She lied to me about her experience and completely ruined my hair. Color and cut …it was a disaster. It took hours of my time aswell and wasn’t honest about what she had done to me either . She hid my hair that was FALLING OUT in her pocket after she over processed it and thought I wouldn’t notice . Luckily the rest of the workers at the salon were so kind and supportive when I came to them with my issues. I had an afternoon appointment and she kept me in the chair after hours …that’s how long it took her and yet it still looked terrible ! She didn’t even TOUCH my roots. She was promoted soon after my appointment and I am personally appalled at this. I love this salon ,but I will never advocate for this woman. I had to cut so much more of my hair off after the appointment ,it takes HOURS to dry (around 8) and professional toner and dye will not stay in my hair anymore. She should be ashamed of herself for allowing this to happen and not even having the appropriate conscience to tell me the truth. Thank you for the women that helped try to save my hair I am grateful ,however y’all’s coworker needs to understand that her actions have consequences. She has not been reprimanded or held responsible for this to my knowledge. I also had to pay over 300 $ and was denied a refund. The photos attached are a before and after . The dark hair is my natural texture with a semi permanent color on it . My hair is completely straight naturally, and the other 2 ORANGE photos with dark roots is what Abby did to me . Notice the crooked ends in one of them and the frizzy dry and wavy texture my hair turned into.

I just got my color done with Abby and I’m so happy with it. She always seems to know exactly what I want, even when I can’t fully explain it or I’m being a little indecisive. She takes her time, listens, and makes sure everything feels right before she starts, which I really appreciate. I also have a pretty sensitive scalp and curly hair, and she’s always so gentle and careful, which makes the whole appointment way more comfortable. The shampoo (a.k.a. my favorite part ) and blowout are always amazing too I always leave feeling nice and refreshed with a smooth blowout, knowing that I won’t have to do my hair for a couple days She’s definitely my go-to for my color, and a haircut and occasionally, I will treat myself to a deep conditioned treatment to make my hair feel extra extra soft. In conditioned,I trust her with my hair completely and I’m always excited for my next appointment.

Absolutely love how my hair turned out. Ally killed it and was super friendly. Gave me snacks and a soda because I didn’t eat before I came in. She had good conversation. I would 100% come back.

Huge shout-out to Kira for taking care of all my hair care needs! As someone who gets anxious with haircuts, she walked me through everything, and never pressured me into going shorter than I wanted. She even confirmed the length before she cut, just to make sure it was at a length I was comfortable with, which is HUGE! She has also done my highlights, and when I say they pop, they POP! I think a few words were spoken, she got a vision, and NAILED IT. So don't walk, run to Live Free & Dye and let Kira get you right. I'm telling you; My hair looks and feels the healthiest it has in YEARS!

If you are looking for a new stylist that is honest and has integrity (what a true hair stylist should be), then you need to book with Makayla! She knows her stuff! She will listen to what you want and take that mixed with her experience and professional opinion and give you something amazing! Don't skip the blow dry...this is the cherry on top. She gives the best blow outs, I promise you will rebook after you see the finished product!

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. My daughter was scheduled for a retouch mini foil with Abby, who originally quoted me a lower price since it was just her bangs. To my surprise, the final price was drastically higher—almost the same as a full service. I can literally count the amount of hair she colored; it was just her short bangs (picture for reference). Don’t get me wrong, Abby is sweet and treated my daughter kindly. But we also waited 45 minutes past the appointment time, and when I questioned the price difference, she brushed it off as a "miscommunication." That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Once we left, I also realized my daughter had hair color left on her forehead, so we had to turn around and ask Abby to clean it off. After reading other reviews with similar complaints, I completely agree. No matter how talented a stylist may be, inconsistent pricing, long waits, and careless mistakes make customers feel taken advantage of. For reference, I paid $57 for the retouch of a very small amount of hair and even left a tip, bringing my total to $66. Never again.

I went to Live Free & Dye Salon to get a hair cut. Service was super great! Abby did my hair and i absolutely love it! She did a fantastic job.
