We couldn't be happier with the results! Jjoy and her assistant were so friendly and attentive. My son has thin fine straight hair and this was his first perm. The end result looks great! Her salon is located inside the Phenix salon suites so that was a bit confusing but we walked around inside until we found her shop. I couldn't recommend her enough.

I got a Japanese hair straightening treatment from Joy, and it completely changed my life. My hair has never felt so healthy, smooth, and easy to manage. For the first time ever, I actually wake up and feel confident without spending forever trying to fix my frizz. Beyond the results, Joy is the most patient, detailed, and knowledgeable stylist I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about the health of your hair and explains everything she’s doing the whole way through. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants you to love the end result — and I absolutely do. It’s worth every single penny. I’ll never trust anyone else with my hair again — she’s a total miracle worker. 💛

This place is a hidden gem. I did Japanese hair straightening here and the result just amazed me. They will just transform your hair . I came here with highlight fully damaged, frizzy hair. When I came for consultation I thought she will not give me the appointment with my hair condition. But she was very polite, and gave me the appointment within two days. She also gave me the repair shampoo and conditioner that is so good. It just does miracle on my hair. I will surely reach out to her if I need any hair treatments. I would highly recommend them.

Joy cut my hair and bangs exactly as requested! I am growing out my hair and needed to cut off a lot of dead ends, and she was able to get me in the same day. My hair feels very healthy after the wash and cut, and Joy and her staff were very pleasant. (note she did not do the color in picture)

I had a haircut here, including hair wash and styling. It turned out really really pretty. I will definitely come back. The hair wash was also very relaxing.

I am extremely satisfied with my hair. I have done straightening and hair hair and both turned out so good that I can’t believe. All my family loved it. Joy did all with extra care and sincerity. She is very hardworking and devoting on her work really appreciate. Thankfully my sister suggested this place .

I called in last minute and they were able to squeeze me in 😊 Joy and her assistant were very skilled and professional ❤️ 😍 it was my first time getting a haircut, and I like my bangs to be cut a particular way. More piece-y, layered, and textured, and she nailed it 👌 I've had to hop around hair places because a lot of hair stylists were not gentle, or would pull on the hairs a lot and rush through the process, but Joy and her assistant were very patient and gentle and took their time with me. When washing my hair, water never got in my ears, and when my hair was being cut, they used a sponge to brush the strands off my face clean. My bottom ends were always dry for some reason, even though I never used heat for styling and hardly dyed my hair. She recommended her line of professional products/treatments for my hair that actually worked and after incorporating the products into my session for the first time, my hair felt like brand new (which it never felt like this elsewhere). I left buying her recommended products and will definitely come back to try the hydration treatment ~ Thank you so much for fixing my hair Joy! 😊
