Edit: They reached out to me to apologize, that’s the best thing a company can do. thank you for doing that, hopefully the future is better! i’ve been to this location twice for consultations. during my first visit, i had an appointment at 5pm, and came maybe a few minutes early. there was no one in the lobby, better yet i didn’t see anybody around. after waiting an excessive amount of time, i eventually went around to check if there was anybody around, and that’s where i found an employee asleep in the back. i had to wake her up myself by knocking on the door. at this point i was really annoyed, and there was no apology, but at least she was nice during the consultation. on my second visit, rubi did take time to discuss how a silver color on my hair would be harder to achieve since my hair wasn’t lifting properly, which i really appreciated, so i’m giving another star for that. however, she had made a comment suggesting how other colors would "suit my skin tone" without clearly explaining the reasoning, which felt dismissive in the moment since going silver was something i had put a lot of thought into. while we did compare the silver shade using extensions, some of the reactions to my preferences felt hesitant and i didn’t really feel supported. she was nice for the most part, i just didn’t appreciate that comment and how my first experience was kind of disappointing as well.

I booked a pretty last minute appointment with them and they were able to accommodate me and pencil me in. On the day of the appointment with Rubi, she took care of me and made the start of my wedding day amazing. Luckily my hair lasted just about after the ceremony due to the humidity. Super friendly and nice. I 100% recommend. One thing is I wish they would open a little earlier but that’s just me. I definitely will be back if I need my hair styled again!

I had such a great experience with Rubi! She was super sweet, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell she takes pride in her work — my hair turned out even better than I expected! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Rubi to anyone looking for a talented and kind stylist.

Vivian did an amazing job with my hair. I knew I wanted it shorter and she made extra sure the length was good by doing gradual length cuts until it was perfect! She styled it and gave my hair so much more movement with layers! Definitely recommend!

My first visit to Hai Salon was absolutely wonderful! My stylist, Susie was such a kind and lovely hairstylist, and she gave me the most amazing haircut. My hair was down to my waist but so damaged, and I left with a beautifully refreshed and much healthier head of hair. Susie was incredibly sweet, helpful, and truly a joy to spend time with. I had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back!

Payton did a complete hair transformation for me! She was so patient and thorough. She did highlights, lowlights, and a cut. I have gotten nonstop compliments even a week after the appointment. I will absolutely be back to get maintenance on my hair! I have never been happier leaving the salon. The environment of the salon is super welcoming too! I would absolutely reccomend this salon to everyone. She even recommended products to help me maintain my hair and they are fabulous/high quality too.

There is a reason why Hai Society Salon is voted the Best Salon in Frisco and it's because of Rubi, Desi, Hai and Vivian! Their hard work and dedication to client satisfaction is unmatched. I come in for extensions every six weeks! I also cme to get my hair styled atleast once a week if jot more by rubi. Her curls get me so many compliments! Rubi does my color and Hai or Desi install my extensions. I always recommend friends to Hai Society Salon and will never go anywhere else! If you're ever on the fence or looking for a new Salon to go to look no further because Hai Society is the place for you!
