Sleek Salon – Fremont (0 Stars) This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I only went in for a simple eyebrow clean-up and manicure, but it turned into a complete nightmare. Overcharging: I have very thin brows, yet they charged me $20 just for eyebrows and $10 for upper lip (which was already clean). A basic mani/pedi with no massage was $70 — outrageous for the poor service. Unhygienic Conditions: Their food was literally kept on the manicure table, they used dirty, reused towels, and even the same bedsheets where brows were done. Absolutely unsanitary — it was yuck. Unprofessional Environment: The staff, including Kathy who did my brows, were extremely unfriendly. They barely acknowledged my presence and spoke in Vietnamese the whole time instead of addressing me — very rude and unprofessional. Misleading Pricing: The price list was handwritten, and even then, they changed the amount at checkout. Shady practice. It may look decent from the outside, but don’t be fooled. The environment inside is unwelcoming, dirty, and dishonest. I would never go back, and I strongly recommend others to think twice before wasting time and money here. — A very disappointed customer

Today I got a haircut from sleek salon. Best haircuts done by professionals I came here for the first time and was very happy. The photo design I showed to the stylist she replicated it exactly the same. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming again.

I booked same day appointment went there for hair cut. I always had a good experience my husband tried this salon for the first time he also liked his hair cut. Employees are very friendly and fast. Will recommend my friends too

Kelly has been always my favorite hair dresser here, I have been going to her since 2018 and never disappointed. Highly recommended for hair color, hair cut services.

I came for a trim. I had all one length hair to above my breasts. I only cut my hair twice a year because my hair grows so slowly so 1-2 inches is the max I cut. I asked for 2 inches with long layers in the back. The hairdressee went to town with a razor and cut it dry. Even if it a cheap price salon they should wet it with a spray bottle. Because I thought she was doing an innovative technique with the razer, I did not question her method... I ended up with a shoulder length cut with layers at my ears!!!! I hate it so much!!!!

This was my regular salon and I came here a few months ago for a haircut. I asked for a trim, just cut off the dead ends. My hair was almost to my waist before the appointment, and my "trim" was cut into a BOB. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. I would not recommend this salon, especially if you have an important event coming up. NEVER coming back.
