I’ve been coming here consistently for facials over the past few months, and the transformation in my skin has been incredible. My acne and inflammation have reduced so much, and my skin feels smoother and healthier than ever before. What I love most is how natural and glowing my skin looks now—it has given me so much confidence to step out with just minimal makeup. The treatments are not only effective but also super relaxing, and the staff always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m so glad I found this place—it has truly been a game-changer for my skin and confidence!

My go to place for FACIALS!!!! I been with JENNIFER for many years. I highly recommend her services. She is very knowledgeable about skin types and recommends facials accordingly. Very friendly environment and peaceful. Also, her products are great to buy as well you see great results!!!!

The journey to find a spa to frequent is finally over! I love supporting local businesses and if you’ve been searching like I have, you know how difficult it is to find a place to trust to have your best interests in mind especially when it comes to your skin. I booked with Kathy after asking her how her skin is so beautiful and glowing! Turns out she works at this wonderful place. From the booking, to the day of the appointment, and all throughout the service, Kathy was thorough, took her time and you just know that you’re in great hands. You can tell she is passionate about skin care and will get you to where you want your skin to be. She listened to all my worries and goals and gave me the confidence to get me started on my skincare journey. I understand that coming to see her is just part of the journey and I have to uphold my end of consistent care in order for her methods to work for me. I really enjoyed starting with the hydrodermabrasion service especially the fact that you can see what was extracted from your skin and if you’re cleaning your skin well (or not). I felt so relaxed throughout and definitely fell asleep. Kathy was so sweet and has great intuition if I’m comfortable or not without me having to talk too much but she was also so easy to talk to if I did have anything I wanted to talk about. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I received a facial from Kathy Lee. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone who's on the fence or unsure. After answering a few questions about my skin, she was very knowledgeable about what type of treatment I should get and recommended some products for me to use afterwards. She was also very pleasant and easy to talk to. Can't wait to come back again!

Jennifer is AMAZING!!! Been looking for a good facial spot in the Bay and this exceeded my expectations! She truly catered the facial to my skin needs and I felt very taken care of. She also explained each step of the facial which was extremely helpful 🙂 I instantly saw the results when I finished the facial! I bought the 5 facial package because of how thorough she was and I’m excited to see how my skin evolves these next few months with her!!

Please be aware there staff isnt trained. I got a hair cut and hightlights from Victoria and she is not trained to cut or color hair. My hair looks like a small child took scissors and chopped them off. I had such a great conversation with her at the appointment and I didn't event suspect what she did to my hair because she curled them. Once i got home my husband kept telling me over the weekend that my hair looks funny and there are no highlights. Once I washed my hair and straightened them I couldn't belive my eyes. I could probably do a better hair cut than that on myself. Some of the hair around my neck are cut so short then others around it that it will take me months to grow them back. After bickering with her over multiple texts she finally gave me my money back but money can't fix my hair. Everyday day when I look in the mirror I cry. Why would someone do that? Why would you touch someone's hair without proper training? She claimed that she can fix my hair if I go back but I would not want to risk my hair again after the damage she did to them.
