I’m still in shock of how I was treated at this establishment. As a business owner i understand too the stress of running a business, but never should my customers feel the stress! I was yelled at by the owner as if I was a 5 year old. She makes her mistakes your mistakes. But here is why I am writing my review. This is just nerve-racking. I just recently went in to have highlights and a root touchup. We are in January and it is pretty cold unfortunately I didn’t have anything that was comfortable, but yet warm enough to wear while sitting in a salon chair so I decided to wear A sweatshirt I just had bought my son. It was a Nike tech. I literally took the tag off and thought this will keep me warm but yet cute at the same time lol If we all know Nike, we know it was well over $200 for this As I start to get my hair worked on, the owner dropped hair dye on the Cape. She told me she did. She didn’t wipe it up and somehow it got all over the cape so much so that it even got under the cape all over new sweatshirt, the sleeve down the sides of the sweatshirt immediately, she shouted, you move too much. I don’t understand I’m sitting in a chair under a cape on my phone reading. After all was said and done after her trying to spray some kind of chemicals on the dye I get up to pay the service. She explained it’s $280. I said OK that’s fine. I understand you did a service but how are you going to compensate me for my son’s sweatshirt? She says "I can’t do that. There’s nothing I can do to help you" and I said please I’m a business owner too and this isn’t great customer service she said no there’s nothing I can do. I wasn’t looking for anything free. I understand she used products on me, but she would not help me in any type of way. I told her this would be the last time I will come back. This is not Good customer service she said just leave. I was so angry because this was my boys sweatshirt something he had been looking forward to a long time never in a million years did I think I would be treated that way. Maybe I would’ve been fine if she could have at least have said I’m sorry, but I didn’t even get that. I would avoid this place. You schedule an appointment and she still works on several other people who just walk and she degrade you makes everything your fault and completely unprofessional Too it off MY HAIR CAME OUT HORRIBLE, I HAVE SPOTS ALL OVER and I can’t even go back to have it fixed, Somehow, it probably be my fault as well

I absolutely would recommend this salon. The Day befor New Years Eve! 5:00 pm and i call to see if they could possibly do a coloring for med-long hair, and although they closed at 7 they said sure come in now! So I did. From dark blond to dark cherry red even did my eye brows! I'm so pleased with the color, The service was 100% best I ever received. We finished with the color then a blow n dry! Even a quick trim and curl. Price was very great for the service I received. All in all will be back very soon, was a heavenly experience. 💗thank you, BB Hair Salon. I haven’t gone to anybody else in 15 years since my hairdresser retired had highlights done today from Lucy and I could not be more impressed with her highlights. She was fabulous need is a pin beautiful job and I absolutely love the job she did so thank you Lucy I’ll be back and you are the best you won’t be disappointed. She knows her color and knows her haircuts Lucy is five stars.

I have been going for haircuts at Bebe hair salon for about a year. Every haircut has been very good, very easy to drop in or call and get appt. Stylists are so pleasant and always make me smile.

They may have talent but their attitude toward the customers is very unpleasant. They are so rude and impolite. They don’t know how to take care of their customers making sure they are happy with the service they provide, and that the customer comes out of the service feeling pampered and taken good care of. So disappointed.

I came in as a walk in because I read the review on yelp. I met Rubby and she was amazing. She gave me tips, colored my hair, put a toner, and did a hot oil treatment and in the end made me look so amazing. I would totally recommend her.

These people do not know how to cut Mens hair. I asked twice on the phone and in person if they cut Men's hair and they said yes. If you're a guy don't get your hair cut here. They just want your money
