Alter Ego Hair Color

I wanted to start this review by letting everyone know that I am a hairstylist. I have been in the industry for 20+ years. I do not work at Alter Ego. Our job, like many others, is physically, and sometimes, emotionally draining. The Yume head spa experience was everything I expected and so much more. I was the most relaxed I have EVER been. Jordan’s presence was soothing and calm. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. Worth every penny.

I absolutely LOVED my experience here! I have finally found my new salon for all of my hair and nail needs. It’s an upbeat, relaxed and calming environment. It is also very clean, while enjoying services I saw one of the team members wiping and disinfecting work stations as well as the multiple areas to sit on. Maddy and the whole team go above and beyond to make you truly feel pampered and welcome💕 Thank you, ladies!

10 stars bc 5 isn't enough! I've had my hair cut by Kat 2xs now and I absolutely love what she does. The shop has a very cozy & welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in you're softly greeted not rushed thru. The reclining chairs match the top notch shampoo & conditioning massage. I'm in a weird in between phase with my hair where I'm ready to accept not being happy with it for a few months but Kat is an expert and made sure that I loved my cut! I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks again Kat for another awesome experience ❤️

I had an amazing Yume Head Spa today! There are not strong enough words to explain how this treatment makes you feel. Everyone needs to treat themselves to this!! It was so amazing and relaxing. Erin and Jordan were simply top notch! Erin is one of the kindest souls I know. Her kindness and compassion shine throughout her studio. I will share with all that will listen that it is a MUST to experience Alter Ego's Yume Head Spa. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to have the Soul to Sole treatment with Jordan and Kaleigh and it did not disappoint! This luxury treatment including a facial + anti gravity pedicure was truly a dream. Both ladies are extremely talented and true professionals. The entire experience from start to finish was relaxing and left me feeling like a whole new woman. This is an experience like no other and I couldn’t recommend more. Every treatment I’ve received at Alter Ego has been top tier.

I saw Harlee tonight for my first time at Alter Ego and had such a great experience! She immediately made me feel welcomed and relaxed, and she knew exactly what to recommend — both for my cut and color — based on what I told her I was hoping to achieve. My hair turned out even better than I imagined! Thank you so much, Harlee. I will most definitely be back!

I recently had the soul-nourishing pleasure of experiencing the pre-launch Soul to Sole service in the Zen Den at Alter Ego. It’s a synchronized pedicure and facial done simultaneously in a zero-gravity chair, with nature sounds and soothing music wrapping the whole room. Jordan and Kaleigh worked in perfect harmony, their touch gentle, sensory-awakening, and beautifully choreographed. I felt nourished, cared for, and completely restored. I also received the Yume Head Spa service with Erin and walked out feeling both floaty and gently grounded, wrapped in pure hygge as the service came to a close and I sipped my tea. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking deep relaxation or support with scalp and hair concerns. Get these treatments as soon as you can.
