Sprouts Farmers Market

I moved into area 6 months ago, and have been to this store a dozen times. The good: Store is clean and organized. The bad: Produce goes bad quickly, many items are about to expire. Not enough customers for me to trust turn around time on bulk nuts and grains. The Ugly: I see employees, but none too happy to help. Cashier was condescending. Employee would put glass bottles of water in my car was very rough and seemed bothered. I asked to speak to store manager and was told there was no store manager, just individual department managers, then walked over to department to find them, no one at all around. The 1st time I came to store, I bought store-made walnut chicken salad. I liked it. Everything I go there, I look for it, and it is never on shelf for purchase. I asked if they had any in back. I got a major, lazy, passive aggressive attitude, and waited another 15 minutes for them to package it up for me. I check the shelf everytime I go into the store. It has never been available anytime, but the 1st time. To the owner, I would love to love this store, very convenient to my home. 4 Words: DO BETTER, GOOD LUCK.

Sprouts is a very nice store. Not convenient for us as to where we live in Ft Myers though. Not their fault. First visit ti this store. Was looking for a couple specialty items and was happy with the ones I found. Really like the seafood case. Bought some marinated Ahi Tuna.

Not cheap, except if you want small or specific quantities of spices, beans, rice, grains, flour, etc, all of which they sell by weight from bulk bins. Produce is quite good. Other items are high-end organic, ethically sourced foods that are priced accordingly. Good selection and staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve been to Sprouts a few times in CA with family but have never personally purchased anything- but husband had not. We went in to look around and had about 6 things in our cart. I looked at the bins and found some chocolate cherries. They were pricy so I didn’t get many. We went up to ck out and an older white haired lady motioned us to come over to her checkout. She wasn’t all friendly, my husband got a bag of apples and she tossed them like they were balls. Lastly, she comes to the little bag of chocolate cherries. She asked…did you get a yellow tag? I said "no, I didn’t see yellow tags" and she proceeds to tell me where they were located. I said "that’s ok don’t worry about it, I don’t need them anyway". By this time we had several in line behind us and I didn’t want to hold up the line. She finishes the checkout then snatches up the bag takes off with it and comes back and rings it up. I said you didn’t need to do that, but thank you! She said.."well next time you’ll know better"! in a condescending manner. I felt like I was 5!! My husband immediately got livid and said- "NO!! you don’t get to talk to my wife that way!!!!" She threw her mouth open in total dismay and says "I don’t understand… I just said next time you’ll know better!" My husband said "yes! You’re not speaking to my wife that way!" We walked out and left it all in the cart. I’ve read other reviews about older cashiers being not so nice. You might want to pay closer attention to your cashiers. It’s bad for business. My husband will never go back into another Sprouts anywhere!! Since when does Florida start charging for bags? Are you keeping up with CA?! 😡

$5 sushi Wednesday is the best here so fresh. beautiful variety of fruits and veggies, the meat selection so awesome and they have pre built meals at a really great price. Their supplement selection is awesome we get our seamoss here. I also love that have natural options for shampoos conditioners, mushroom supplements, amazing drinks. If your trying to better your lifestyle this is an amazing shop with great products more affordable than Whole Foods and similar pricing to Publix. This location deserves all the love from the community; the staff is always super kind.

I buy bee pollen pills there! Lots of over the counter suppliments! Sprouts carries lots of herbal remedies that have been used for years. I suffer from Anxiety and depression...these supplements work better for me and are widely available....

Amazing grocery store experience!! Vacationed in Fort Myers and had to make a stop. Loved how everything was organized, and the whole store was super clean. Meats were easy to find, all the nut butters omg— we tried the pecan and it was life changing (no exaggeration) they also had the sea moss we love which was clutchhhh. Staff was friendly, wine selection on point, and checkout was a breeze. Please consider coming to Erie PA! Loved it
