I had such an amazing experience at this hair salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and very professional. Nani was absolutely incredible! She is so talented, patient, and truly listens to what you want. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I felt confident and happy with my decision. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. My hair turned out even better than I imagined — healthy, shiny, and perfectly styled! I left feeling so confident and refreshed. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, kind, and passionate about what she does, Nani is the one! Highly recommend this salon and especially Nani. My appointment was to color my greys. I was a little nervous seeing someone new but Kathy made me feel at ease. She matched the color perfectly! I'm so thankful I found her! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The place has such a great vibe! Thanks again everyone.

Red salon&spa is a hidden gem in Fort Myers! I love professional staff and nice relaxed atmosphere there. Jenny at the reception is superhelpful and friendly. My hairstylist Renato amazed me with great haircut and besides that he asked about my everyday hair routine and gave me plenty of advices how to treat my hair right. Thanks, I'm very happy to find this place!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE — Nani Is Truly One of a Kind! From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed. The receptionist at the front desk is always warm, kind, and genuinely happy to greet you. That alone sets the tone for an amazing experience — and then you meet Nani. Nani is absolutely exceptional. From the second you sit in her chair, she explains everything clearly and in detail. She listens, she cares, and she never rushes. She is a true professional who takes pride in her work, and it shows in every step. I’ve had my hair ruined several times in the past, so I came in nervous — and I’ll admit, I was the one getting impatient toward the end because she had a lot to fix. But Nani stayed patient, focused, and kind the entire time. She made sure I was comfortable, especially as a senior, and her empathy meant the world to me. She checks in with you, makes sure you’re happy, and doesn’t stop until everything is perfect. I don’t give praise easily unless it’s truly earned, and Nani has earned every bit of it. I feel blessed to have found her. She even asked how my husband liked my hair — and he’s just as thrilled as I am.

Christina is an amazing stylist, I get so excited to get my hair done every time with her. I always leave feeling like I look my best when I leave. I like the atmosphere of Red Salon, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Nani was great. Came in for a haircut and style on 1/16/26. She was very thorough and took her time ensuring everything was what I wanted. Did before and after pics and the hubby was pleased. Aaron was amazing! He is so knowledgeable, and was able to look at my mess, cut and color, and fix it! He took the time to understand what color was appropriate and understand my actual hair texture as well. He took my hair cut from no style to a real updated style. He also explained products like no one else! And he did not try to oversell product. I am so happy I ran into Ernie at Cibo to recommend Aaron!
