Yahima-masseuse and Keisa-aesthetician were the dynamic duo that made my birthday extra special. The massage was the best I have had in years, and the facial was very tailored to my skin needs. These ladies are very professional, kind and went above and beyond for my special day. I have recommended them to my friends.

I am not sure how to rate my experience because I got a couples massage with my fiancée, and she absolutely loved the massage she received. I, on the other hand, was extremely disappointed with the services I received. To start, I asked for medium pressure as I was sore but didn’t want to be hurting when I left from too deep of a massage. While the massage started out as a medium, it quickly shifted into an extremely light touch, not really doing anything. Second, there was also not the same massage given on one side of the body as there was the other. This awkward change from sides happened on the neck, arms, and then legs. Third, the amount of times I was toweled off with a hot towel that quickly turned cold felt like a waste of time in the massage (I get massages often enough to welcome being toweled off but not multiple times on the same extremity in the span of 15 minutes). Last, I paid extra for the scalp massage treatment as a 15 minute add, and it neither lasted 15 minutes nor was worth the effort the message therapist put in lightly tapping my eyebrows, running a thumb over my chin and then nose once, and running her fingers through my hair without almost any pressure to my scalp at all. And yes, while I could have said something during the massage that is not my nature, especially during the massage, to talk about the job being done unless I’m asked, which I was not. My complaints with the location can at least be understood as Mila is temporarily at another location. The problem, it was one of the message places I steered away from (White Orchid) as they had less star ratings than Mila at the time of booking. An oscillating fan blew cold air over the parts of the body that were exposed and covered in massage oil, making it uncomfortable, and the fan continually blew the curtains around causing bright sunlight to hit my face/eyes while laying face up. All in all this was a pretty poor experience for myself.

I absolutely loved my massage booked with miss ingrid it was so relaxing and therapeutic she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and helped with a lot of pain and stresses in my back and really listened to all my concerns very pleasant experience. Thank you again ingrid you are amazing!

This was my second visit to Mila Spa, and once again, it was an incredible experience. I had TERRA as my massage therapist, and she was absolutely wonderful. I arrived feeling a bit off—mentally and emotionally—and she immediately put me at ease. Her warmth, thoughtfulness, and calming presence made all the difference. The massage itself was deeply therapeutic. Her hands worked magic, and I left feeling more grounded, relaxed, and renewed than I could have hoped for. It truly felt like a healing experience, both physically and emotionally. I highly recommend this spa and especially Terra if you’re looking for genuine care and restorative treatment.

Reserved through ClassPass and had an amazing facial done by the friendly and warm Keisa. My skin now feels amazing!! Only note is the description on ClassPass about the service and inclusions was a little confusing. And also had to call and confirm appt (used to that with ClassPass though). Otherwise an exceptional experience and quality service

As I mentioned from my previous experience, I returned for another facial. Last Sunday, I had a microdermabrasion treatment with Esthetician ''Keisa'', and I was very pleased with my second visit. The results were immediately noticeable—my skin looks brighter, cleaner, and well refreshed. I’ve also received many compliments from friends and family about how glowing my face looks. I highly recommend her services.

I had an amazing experience at this spa. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time going to a spa. The staff were very friendly and made the experience even better. Our masseuse Tayde and Jessyca had heavenly hands. My boyfriend had been complaining about his shoulder hurting due to a previous sports injury and they handle him with such care. His shoulder is feeling MUCH better now. We also got a facial from Keisa which was amazing. She made my our face glow and feel very refreshed and clean. She also provided me with tips to keep my skin glowing and healthy. After she got done with us she told me that it was only her third day which was a suprise to me because I would have thought she’d been there for years the way she took care of us. Overall we had a great experience.
