Bruce Todd Salon - Fort Myers

I was disappointed with my visit due to a lack of clarity and communication. Three months prior to my appointment, I visited the salon to confirm whether my desired hairstyle was achievable. I understand that my dark hair presents challenges, but I was told the style could be done, so I booked an appointment in advance.When I arrived, I was informed the style could not be done. While I appreciate Naly’s honesty, the manner in which it was communicated was unpleasant and dismissive. I was open to compromising on the design or color, but my ideas were belittled. Overall, the rest of the staff, especially Kelly, was kind, but clearer communication from the beginning would have prevented this experience.

Kelly listened carefully to me describe what I wanted … and delivered 100% on the Goldwell Kerasilk process I wanted. She also did a precise trim, preserving the lines of my current style. She’s friendly and fun and very talented! I also really appreciated the team members at their other salon over in Cape Coral. I needed to get this done in time for an event and they really scrambled to get me in at the Ft Myers location. Thank you!!

I have been going to Jackie for years, and can’t imagine going to anyone else!! My eyebrows always look amazing after she’s done, and everyone I’ve recommended to her has said the same! She is amazing, and the other workers are all very nice as well.

I had my hair done today by Megan. I decided to go for a completely different style. We looked through some pictures I had and she helped me decide what would look best it was a complete transformation and I absolutely love it! She added highlights explaining the procedure and how it would look etc she was very informative, knowledgeable and did an amazing job! I have gotten so many compliments already . I made sure to book future appointments with her. The salon is beautiful and very clean and the entire staff was very nice and welcoming. I have finally found my new salon and hairstylist! Jackie is phenomenal! Getting my eyebrows waxed keeps them looking good, but I have had problems with redness in the past. Jackie is meticulous and makes certain that I'm comfortable through the whole experience. She will find the one hair that looks unbalanced and make it right. I can't speak highly enough. The salon is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming. A huge investment in the area.

I had such an AMAZING experience with Nali and all of the staff. They are so nice and so helpful, Nali went above and beyond to give me the most amazing color and cut and she gives that effort every time. She made time for me and made sure I was comfortable and in love with my hair before I left. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else!

Cookie has been my stylist for over three years. she is amazing with a pair of clippers and scissors. I always know I will look my best when leaving. Jackie is the most detailed oriented esthetician that I have ever met. She does an amazing job on cleaning up my eyebrows, ears, and shoulders.
