The 5 stars are for the amazing stylists in the salon- Justin and Annika!!! Came in and got tinsel done and it was a wonderful!! Bad check in service come the store manager- We arrived 10 mins early for a 12/1230 appointments and the store manager that had checked us in was incredibly rude. She was very snappy at us and said we were checked in and then turned and walked away quickly: it wasn’t until we had been waiting 15 mins that I went back up and asked if we had been checked in yet and the stylist told us no. So this manager didn’t even bother to check us in or inform anyone that we were there. Very disappointing and no excuse for a STORE level manger to act like towards customers and her staff.

Miss Sara Fries did such a wonderful job!! I was originally just gonna have one part of my hair black and the other side orange but she made the wonderful suggestion of adding red and I’ve been so obsessed with the final outcome, Miss Sara is very professional and walks you through the entire process and makes sure your haveing the best experience possible. Love love love miss Sara

I came here on the hunt for a specific tanner and could not find it anywhere. A sales associate helped me by going in the back searching and turns out it hadn't even hit the shelves yet but she was so sweet to go get it for me. Every time I come into the store all the girls are so nice and helpful - can't wait to come back!

I have normally had good experiences with this store but I recently returned some items and had a terrible experience. Ulta’s holiday return policy is anything bought between Nov 1st and Dec 31st can be returned until Jan 31st. I purchased some mascara on Nov 29th and after using it only a couple times, the wand broke. I went in to exchange it on Jan 25th and the manager ,Tami, was less than nice. She told me I was returning it after the return period and when I informed her of the holiday return period, she was even less friendly. She price matched the new mascara for the price I paid before and said, very rudely, she cannot do anything about the tax and stalked off. It is not my job to inform the staff, much less the managers, of their return policy. I had the same thing happen with another store last year where they would not honor the holiday return policy. I have been a Diamond rewards member for 3 years so spend a decent amount of money with them. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I came in with a little bit of a hair emergency a day before I had a big trip and Colton fixed it and more! That man knows hair!! I don’t even live in CO— I live in Utah but my parents live in FOCO so I was in town. I now will wait until I go back to get my hair done just because he did SUCH A GREAT JOB! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

Colton Yungeberg was a magician with his scissors, he is the best stylist I have ever seen. Anyone who is in need of an affordable haircut in a super fun atmosphere should book a session with this talented young man! He was so knowledgeable about all the products as well, and helped save me some money! I had such a fun time that I may go back just to hang out before I need another facial.

JUSTIN G. He did an amazing job on my hair. I made a last minute appointment. My hair was the literal definition of brassy hair. He did an awesome job highlighting around the face and got the toner just right (ashy tones). He has so much patience! Styled my hair and just made me feel lovely! I was very shy he was singing the Christmas songs that were playing and made me feel like I had known him for ever!!! My experience was 100000/10 will definitely be booking with him again!
