I just got my hair cut by Abigail and I’m obsessed! I haven’t had a real haircut in like 2 and a half years so I was a little nervous but she was so kind. I could tell that she really knows what she’s doing technically and has worked hard to develop her hair cutting skills—I came in with a vision and she executed it really well. Definitely book her for your next hair cut 🙂

$30 shampoo & blow dry services from Abigail are a complete treat. I love how my hair feels every time I leave! It always looks great and the products are top notch ✨

I had a great experience at the parlour today! Sam is amazing! She is so great at color, my hair turned out amazing! She recommended I bring my highlights up and I was so impressed with the results! More than that Sam was so amazing to talk to and extremely thoughtful! As I was leaving she remembered I was going on a work trip and gave me travel size shampoo and conditioner to take with me on my carry on. I will be booking all my future hair appointments with the parlour and Sam!!!

I am new to town and so glad I decided to try The Parlour to find my new stylist. The salon is welcoming and booking online was very convenient. Sam was very personable and took the time to listen to my concerns about my hair. She proposed a plan that worked out wonderfully. I love my new haircut! I will definitely be back to see Sam at The Parlour. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal client at the Parlour for over a decade. I was recently (December) scheduled for my regular cut and color appointment with Alexis F. when I got a call out of the blue that she "unfortunately" no longer worked at the Parlour. I’ve been going to Alexis for many years (since Rachel left to be home with her kids), and she has (had ☹️) been a valued employee. Her termination came without any warning and right before Christmas…a really unprofessional, crummy, unkind way to treat anyone, much less a longtime, loyal employee. Fortunately, she was quickly snatched up by someone who recognized a great opportunity to hire Alexis, and she’s now at a salon (in the same area of Old Town) that appreciates her many years of experience, her skill and expertise.(She travels, literally, all around the country training other stylists.in all the latest color products and style trends) To any other clients of Alexis who are looking for her, or people looking for a new and amazing stylist who listens and cares, head over to Hearts and Hair (formerly His and Hers) just east of the downtown Target. They are also skilled and knowledgeable about all hair types and welcoming to LGBTQ clients. Bonus: They have their own FREE parking in front of the salon. 😁

I’m so glad I found Abigail a couple months ago to cut my hair. She gave my hair what it needed and what I wanted as I’m going through the pesky grow out process. She was super sweet, and yes I’m writing this review late but even my grown out hair has gone beyond my past experiences. She’ll do you good 🙂
