I cannot say enough positive things about Kenzie! I have never found a stylist that I’ve wanted to stick with as they never went out of their way to educate me. Kenzie is so kind and willing to answer questions with zero judgement. Today she colored my hair and I have NEVER been so obsessed! It’s so fun seeing how excited she was as well. Highly recommend Kenzie!

Kylie did an amazing job with my long haircut, she did a very thorough consultation and was very patient with me when figuring out what I wanted and needed with my haircut. She did perfect on the V cut. Very communicative. Plus she gives an amazing scalp massage.

I have been getting my hair cut by kenzie for some time now. I have thick straight hair and havent had luck with anybody who can cut it just the way I like it cut. I would recommend her for any men's cut, she does a phenomenal job and I leave with the haircut I want. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME 😁

Kylie is the best! She absolutely nailed my hair goals, especially going from dark brown to blonde. She killed it! This is the most beautiful balayage I have ever received. I can’t recommend her enough and I will be coming back to see her! The space is gorgeous too, Roots has the best vibe in the salon.

I came in with below shoulder length hair with my natural golden blonde color, asked for my roots to match my ends cause they get dark in the winter, my bangs to be trimmed so they were lighter, take out some of the choppiness the last hair stylist at this place gave me, and to please maintain the length. I'm now sitting here with thick long bangs, my hair is now above my shoulders, thick layers, and was originally borderline platinum but they tried to correct it so now I'm now just ashy with platinum streaks. $256 for this, the only good part of this was the girl (jasmine??) who blow dried me at the end. I feel so ugly, regret coming in. They give a 2 week guarantee but at this point I definitely don't trust them with my hair.

I’ve been going to Roots for a few years now and my stylist moved away. I started seeing Alexys a while back and she always makes me feel so confident and beautiful! We’re always on the same page about what she will be doing with my hair and I always leave happy and loving my hair! I recommend seeing her, especially if you’re wanting a beautiful balayage!
