I brought my 13 y/o daughter to Old Town Hair Company to have her hair cut. She wanted to get about 6" cut off as her hair had gotten really long this last year. First, I was pleased with their response to the current pandemic, and felt safe waiting in their shop. You will find OTHC in the corner of a brick building right off Collage Ave. The location is convenient, parking was not bad at 3pm on a Wednesday, and they were ready for us upon arrival. My daughter saw Rachel who was wonderful with her, and my daughter was very happy with her hair. They sell many haircare products if you need, and offer a great service at a fair price. I will be referring my wife, and suspect this will be our new spot.

Didn’t even bother going in for a hair cut due to the female staff member being super rude and snapping at me for leaving the door open longer than she liked. I always love when a business has a pet such as a dog or cat with them, but if you’re worried they aren’t trained well enough and are going to run away why have them there. Lost the chance at a new customer with that attitude.

I loved this place! I am from California and came here for college and was in a hurry to find a place and it could not have been better. The first day wasn’t exactly how I wanted it and they offered to immediately fix it and do exactly what I wanted the 2nd day for free! The service is amazing and I highly recommend coming here. The atmosphere is comfortable and the place is clean and rustic.

Love the environment, like the location and their employees were very helpful in putting in my hair extensions and showing me how to put them in correctly. I had my hair extensions in this carrying case and she labeled every piece for me so I can put them in correctly next time and do it myself. I would definitely recommend this place to any family friend I know of.

I chose to donate my hair through their Wigs for Kids program and couldn’t be more impressed with my results! It started with a consultation and with honest input it was decided that it would be best we wait a few months to make sure after the ‘chop’ I had hair left to style- ha! The calmness of their salon made it welcoming and nothing short of exciting when it came time to donate this last week. The cut was truly liberating! The salon’s core values are enough to choose them for your next service- but the service, style and professionalism within is unmatched! Now that I have short, manageable hair I can’t wait to schedule future appointments here to keep this style looking fresh! Thanks again Old Town Hair Company! It was a cut I won’t forget!

I found Old Town Hair Company after moving here about a year ago. I made my first appointment with Alex and will be loyal as long as I’m a resident. I always leave feeling so amazing with my cut, color, and covering of the grays. The owner Sally is so great, as well as the entire staff who are always smiling, courteous, and professional. The salon is always very clean and it’s an overall great place for all your hair care needs 💯

They’re one of the few places in town that will cut your hair and then donate it for you (most places I called make you ship it yourself). My hairstylist was really helpful in explaining what the length would be for donating and when I realized it was too short she was nice enough to give me a trim at a reduced price. Really honest people, helping the community and doing good work.
