I had the BEST experience at Estelle Hair Studio in Forest Hills. This was my first time earlier this month ever dyeing my hair in my entire life, and I was honestly nervous, but Sheyla made the whole process so comfortable, calm, and exciting. She really listened to what I wanted and explained everything step by step, which meant so much to me as a first-timer. I got a balayage, and I am OBSESSED with the result. It was a wonderful experience! My sister, my mom, and I got our hair done at Estelle Hair Studio, and we all left very satisfied with our services, especial thanks to Arianna, Frankie, Gulia, and the lady who washed our hair, the customer service was great. It took us the entire day at the salon, and during that time, they made us feel comfortable and always made sure to ask if we wanted water, tea, or coffee. Honestly, 10/10, I'll definitely recommend it!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I have a sensitive scalp and Mike was so gentle and caring without even me mentioning my sensitivity. He asked me about the haircut/highlights I wanted and really listened, making sure the cut and highlights suit me perfectly. 💕 I felt welcome and pampered 💕 The color is beautifully blended and looks so natural, and the cut is precise and easy to style at home. Long overdue review but I hadn’t gotten a haircut in over three years bc my last one was honestly traumatizing lol. WAY too much hair was cut off from what i was initially shown and since my hair is really long, I was just not letting anyone touch it again. From the second I sat in Shayla’s chair, I felt comfortable and heard. She took her time, asked the right questions, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands especially since she has such long hair so I knew she understood the attachment to the length. My big sister’s wedding was this past weekend and when I tell y’all the blowout from Thursday morning somehow survived until SUNDAY. Insane. I wish I could post the video on the review but it doesn’t let me but here’s the before picture and here’s my hair literally Saturday night from a blowout I got Thursday. Lmk!! Some people are good at what they do. Some are great. And some are just on another level. Sheyla was on another level and a total masterclass at her craft. Second time visiting this location and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Shayla in particular is very detail oriented and ensures the customer is being heard from the moment you walk in. She achieves customers wants but also ensures that your hair remains as healthy as possible. I love that she explains the entire process as she’s working her magic. Today, she gave me an amazing hair cut and lightened my hair to where I wanted it for the winter time. I will be returning to her again. She is super friendly, professional and you will have a great time in her chair. The staff at this salon is super welcoming.
