Worst haircut I’ve had in years. This was a very disappointing experience. I clearly explained what I wanted, but the final result was completely different. The haircut is uneven and unflattering, and basic details were missed. It is way shorter than I wanted. For the price I paid, I expected much better skill and attention.

Recommended by several friends and I can definitely see why. Stepping into the salon was like walking in to a greenhouse oasis. Sunny and her mom made the salon feel so open and welcoming with the natural lighting and the tasteful decor to match. Her mom has a great green thumb and you can see the dedication put into keeping the plants alive and flourishing. As for the hair experience, it was nothing short of amazing! Sunny was knowledgeable, friendly and a great person to talk to. She made the hours fly by so quickly. It was really nice to see that she takes on one client at a time whereas other salons would try to juggle multiple clients and you wind up just sitting there for hours on end. She educated me on hair maintenance and which haircut would be best to suit my face and to my needs. She was firm but never pushy and her recommendations were highly appreciated. I always felt lost when communicating with my old stylist but not with Sunny. She understood everything I wanted to achieve. Sunny broke it down in simple terms that I could understand. Sunny did everything in a timely fashion and invited me to come back to do a scalp scope to see what’s going on with my hair. I could not rave more about someone enough! She styled my hair very lightly and it lasted for 3 days, which normally will be limp by the same night. I would recommend her to all my friends from now on.

My mom had such a great first experience here that she recommended it to me and I’m so glad she did! I wasn’t pleased with my last perm at my usual salon, so I decided to give this place a try, and I absolutely loved how it turned out😊 Monica did such a great job, and she knows what looks good on you. Also they’re pretty good with keeping up with their schedule( I even got started a few minutes early) so I’m not sure what other reviews are saying. I’ll be going back soon to get my hair colored with Sunny- can’t wait!!

The service was horrible. We made the appt like one week ago to come here to make a hair treatment. We came purposely from BK to Queens bc one of my friends told me that this store is awesome and everything. So when we got there, they asked us to wait for like 30mins bc they were running late with a customer. So we waited there for like AN HOUR, and they still told me that they were not finished yet. Overall, the time management was terrible and we didn’t do anything and left at the end. It literally wasted my time to come here bc it took me 2 hrs to get to Queens.

Excellent cuts and washes. They always give me the hair advice I need, not the advice I would think I wanted. Also great vibes! Love this place.

I got perms from them few days ago and it opened in few hours and they charged me extra from someone I got last time I wouldn’t recommend them.
