I’ve been searching for the right hair studio for over 10 years, and I can honestly say I finally found exactly what I’ve been looking for with Jonathan and his team. Jonathan really listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure every detail was right. My hair turned out even better than I imagined, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and their work. The whole experience was amazing, and I’m so happy I found this place. I highly recommend Jonathan and his crew if you’re looking for a stylist who understands your vision and delivers beautiful results.

I spent years struggling to find the right person for my hair. I tried many salons, but since I love balayage—which requires a lot of skill—my hair ended up very damaged. A friend recommended Jonathan, and he completely transformed my hair. He spent almost seven hours doing bleach and color, using plenty of treatment to protect it, and I couldn’t believe how healthy and shiny it looked afterward. Since then, I’ve received so many compliments from friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers. What I love most is that the results last. My hair has stayed shiny and healthy for months, and when I went back for a touch-up, Jonathan made it look fresh and beautiful all over again. For the amount of time, care, and high-quality products he uses, his pricing is very reasonable. Truly worth every penny!!!

So I found hair one salon thru google reviews and I am very pleased with the results. I went in August 2025 for highlights and today for a touch up. Emily bleached my hair very well and literally gave me the exact color and look I was going for. I was actually afraid of bleaching because I dealt with hair loss and damage after having my 2 kids but somehow they managed to keep it healthy. Jonathan operates the whole place and he is just the best! He knew exactly what I asked for and definitely delivered! Thank you HA1R ONE SALON!

Definitely one of the most accommodating staffs when it comes to transforming your hair! At any other salon, they struggled to handle my very thick and stubborn hair,🔥 but Jonathan and his team will do everything they can to make your literal hair dreams come true. ✨They also have desk space and plenty of outlets, making it easy to work or just relax 💻🔌🧘‍♀️ The space itself is vibrant and welcoming, and there’s even a nail salon on-site for a full self-care experience 💅🌈 Highly recommend! 💖

Came here with my friends to get my hair color touched up. They burned my hair off. I've been bleaching/coloring my hair for 10 years I know the steps and I know how its supposed to be done. They did the steps correctly but the lady in charge of my hair kept leaving bc she also had 3 other customers the same time. I had to get someone's attention multiple times during my hair getting bleached bc I know it shouldn't be left on for so long since my hair was already bleached.theybkept telling me it's not ready yet without checking carefully, and I'm not able to see myself either but I knew it's been too long so I asked them to take it off. As soon as the foils removed the hair came off as well. They tried to hide the fact it's bleached off "it's layers","let me explain to you the concept...". I knew they messed up and tried to cover up until I started to raise my voice and got mad since I have a wedding in 3 months. Eventually the owner apologized and agreed to fixed my hair with extensions. The lady who did my hair was nowhere to be found after my hair was washed. The extensions was messy as well I had to come back again to get the extensions fixed. Don't risk you hair it's not worth it. It's cheaper here for sure but cheap for a good reason. My friends hair was also messed up and looked nothing like the balayage she asked for (they bleached her whole head instead of giving her balayage)

I have been struggling for years to find a right hair stylist. Previous hairstylist did horrible and lazy job on my hair and it looked very messy. The colors were turning yellow and dull. When I was giving up I found Jonathan at hair one salon and he changed everything for me. Jonathan is the best, professional and outstanding hair stylist. Every hair stylist can color your hair but they cannot fix like Jonathan. He is truly amazing. His customer service is above and beyond. I’ve never been so impressed with my hair in my life. I’m so lucky to meet Jonathan. I strongly recommend Jonathan to anyone because he can really change you from ugly to beautiful transformation. If you see this review you will regret if you don’t contact Jonathan to do your hair. I gurantee you he is the best hair stylist in NY! I found my forever hairstylist. My hair is shiny after bleaching again and it’s not even damaged AT ALL. I appreciate Jonathan so much for fixing someone else’s mistake to most beautiful hair ever.

Had a very positive experience at HairOne! Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable. All the staff were welcoming, walked me through every step of the coloring process, and made sure I felt comfortable. This is my 3rd time going to HairOne and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
