I had a wonderful experience here today! I walked in looking to level up on my make-up and Morgan was wonderful! She listened to my needs, tried out a couple things on my skin, and helped me find products to help me feel confident. She also found me wandering later and helped me find a couple other things. Two other sales people asked if I needed help while I wandered! Then, when I checked out, Eboni was friendly and great. She also made sure I used my coupon from my app. I could have be happier with my experience, especially with it being a busy Saturday. And no, they did not bribe me to say any of this!

I had a great experience today. The sat. before Christmas.a very nice sales girl. I wish I got her name. She was very nice. Also very educated on her skin care product. Thanks for being so patient with us.

I went into the flint ulta and went to the only product I wanted. It was clear I was looking at it with a friend when the worker came up with another customer to the exact same section and stood in front of us talking as if we weren't there. We moved out of the way because it was so baffling that serving one customer means the rest dont matter. We finally got the item and when we checked out we mentioned how we barely found the item to the cashier because she asked if we found everything okay, so we told her what happened. She proceeded to then turn around and step away from the register, ignoring what was said. I guess if you want good customer service, you have to have their help or keep your mouth shut

I visited this location to purchase a fragrance for my daughter’s birthday gift. The perfumes are in a locked display cabinet. There were not any sales associates around to assist with my purchase. I went to the cashier and told her I would like to purchase the Jimmy Choo. The cashier says.. I will page an associate to the perfume counter to assist you. I walked back to the perfume counter and waited and waited. No one ever came over to help. I went back to the cashier and she was talking to an associate and I asked the associate that was not on the register could she help me. She walks back to unlock the perfume. I told her the scent I wanted to purchase and she rudely replied there are three different varieties .. which one? I tried to get her to explain the difference in the varieties but she just looked me. This was one of the worst shopping experiences ever!

No greeting or service, not even a glance while walking all over this store with Fenty & Maybelline in my hand!! In 2 yrs, I've gotten just a little service when I approached someone. If this store has a number of thefts, I definitely know why! Appx 7pm, maybe 8 people in the store & probably 4-5 staff, one person gave me 1/2 smile on my way out. It appears the entire store needs add'l coaching - LOTS! Received excellent treatment at Sephora in Kohls where I purchased several Fenty products. UNBELIEVABLE!

Came in at 4pm 12/28 and was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. This staff needs to learn customer service. Multiple reviews share this exact same experience and obviously nothing is happening to correct this issue. It took forever to be checked out and I will not be visiting this location again. Immature and careless staff. Do better.

Very disappointed in the staff and service. Went on my lunch hour. Several staff just standing around talking with each other. I was never asked for help or greeted. When checking out the salesperson asked if I found everything ok and I said no, and she didn't respond, just checked me out. Nice clean store, good location, poor staff/service
