I love this place! Let's start with the roominess and atmosphere of the salon. Then parking is easy and abundant. The product choices are on point and smell luxe. Lastly my stylist is super talented. She has the magic touch with hair and gets me what I want every time. She knows a lot about style, trends and how hair works. It's also pleasant to see her. There's always a coffee waiting for me, which is something salons in the area neglect. I searched my whole life for thee salon and this is it!

Very awesome place for Mens or Women’s hair services highly recommended great atmosphere inside always feel very welcomed! Also for being downtown it’s not confusing or jammed they have designated parking which is great!! Love the cut and wash that I get my stylist Kaylee she gives the best wash/ head massage ever!!

Julia is an absolute gem! I came in to the salon needing an all over fix…I explained how my hair made me look washed out, it was uneven, yellow, etc. I explained what I thought i needed and Julia knew exactly what I was trying to say. She is so educated and talented and went right to work. She explained to me what had happened and why my hair looked the way it did. When she was done I almost cried, my hair looked absolutely amazing and it looked exactly the way it should have. She took the time to listen and give advice. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Love refinery! Run don't walk and book with Kristina. I came to Kristina when my hair was previously damaged from over-processing. I was scared to step into another salon, scared it would happen again. That was not the case. Kristina welcomed me and listened to every concern I had. She was honest with what should be done, but was considerate to what I also was concerned about. She was gentle, kind, and always made sure I was comfortable, not just with what she was going to do, but with me in general. I left the salon that day with my hair soft, manageable, healthy, and such a beautiful blonde. Fast forward, I have been seeing Kristina for five years, we have worked together to plan the best route to get my hair back to what it used to be! She has always surpassed what I expected when leaving her chair. My favorite part of being her client is that she listens, is honest, communicates, and always looks out for the integrity of my hair. Not to mention she makes me feel beautiful inside and out. I would recommend Kristina to anyone. I know for a fact they would never leave her chair!

I highly recommend Nate! I always leave feeling great. He does my hair extensions, cut and color and never disappoints. Everything always matches so well and looks so real! He is so personable, fun and talented. 5/5 for the salon as well! Great customer service- offering drinks while you wait and such a fun atmosphere inside.

I was given an appointment quickly. The facility is very attractive and well-kept, with a friendly staff. My stylist did a wonderful job, even with several challenges presented by my 74-year-old hair that had not even had a professional trim in many months.

I had the amazing experience of getting my haircut by Kaylee! She was so personable, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable in what I was wanting to do. After that appointment, I trust her with my life!! She genuinely cares about you as a person and wants you to have a great time in her chair!! She definitely made me feel this way!
