I had such a great experience with Carly! She started with a thorough consultation to really understand what I was looking for, and we set the appointment afterward so she could plan the perfect approach. I wanted gray blending, and she took the time to explain the process and what to expect before we started. Her communication was excellent, pricing was very reasonable, and she made sure everything matched the look I wanted. I’m so happy with how my color turned out — the gray blending looks soft and natural! I highly recommend Carly if you’re looking for someone who listens, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about her clients.

I had a spa appointment on 01/24/26 for a full set manicure and a pedicure. This is the first time in over a year I was able to get out and do something for myself so I was very excited to try pure bliss but it was everything but that. I arrived at my appointment to be told that they can only do the pedicure and I should have recieved a telephone call explaining this to me but I did not. I only received a voicemail asking what type of manicure I wanted and verifying my pedicure. I was told the tech had an emergency so I was very understanding and accepted just the pedicure. The nail tech I had was very sweet and did a good job but as I finished the pedicure I was told that the nail dryer was broken.....so in -14° weather in an un-plowed parking lot in their flimsy flip flops I had to walk to my vehicle across the parking lot hoping to not ruin the pedi I just paid for! Still with all this I was probably too understanding and paid and left. On the way home I called and spoke to someone at the front desk and was informed they already spoke to a manager and I would be receiving a call later in the day. I expressed my gratitude and waited but no call so 4 days later I called back explaining the situation and was told they were all unaware of what happened so apparently nothing was truly done the first time so I had to explain it all again and was once again told the manager was there and she would relay the info to her. Well it has been 2 days and still no call from anyone. I was beyond respectful and overly understanding during all of this. It is truly sad how the situation was handled and I will never be returning to pure bliss again nor will I ever suggest them to a friend. I just wish the customer service was better as people come here to relax and get away from the stress not to leave more stressed and feeling unappreciated.

My daughter is 9 and has extremely thick hair—enough for four or five people comfortably, lol. She’s very tender-headed, and her hair was almost down to her butt. Unfortunately, the ends were dry and split, and I didn’t realize for a few days that the underneath layers had become badly matted and tangled. I honestly thought it would be impossible to fix without cutting most of it off. A coworker, Steph, recommended this salon, and I am so grateful she did. The stylist spent over an hour gently and patiently detangling my daughter’s hair. She was compassionate, kind, and never made my child feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience. After the hard part, they gave her a beautiful haircut—just above shoulder length with cute bangs, exactly what my daughter wanted. I was nervous because my husband took her while I was at work, but they video-called me during the process and even stopped by afterward to show me how amazing she looked. They didn’t rush. They listened. They cared. They made my daughter feel happy, safe, and heard. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would—but Google only allows 5. I will absolutely be coming back for nails, spa treatments, and more. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my baby girl!

This was my first time visiting the salon. The experience exceeded my expectations! Everyone was friendly and professional. The young lady that cut my hair, Sheena, was so sweet! She did a fantastic job! I recommend everyone book an appt with her! 😊

I went and had my hair done by Keith, I left IN LOVE with my hair. He is amazing, the person everyone needs to go see! And the salon is very nice and clean. I felt very comfortable there, and Keith was a big part of why it was such a good experience!

I Had A Horrible Botched Haircut With Kitchen Scissors Came In Last Minute And Had Who I Believe Was Delaney Fix What I Thought Wasn't Fixable. Pricing Was Very Reasonable 4 Stars Because I Did The Styling As Soon As I Got Home Myself

I highly recommend Felicia and Abbey! Felicia did a couple facials for me before my wedding and is just awesome! She offered an indoor solution when I was worried about the weather for my outdoor wedding, so that goes to show she genuinely cares about her clients on top of being great at her job! Abbey did my wedding nails and is such a sweetheart! She really took the time to help me achieve the look I was wanting and I absolutely loved the end result!
