From the moment I walked into Hott Heads Salon, the customer service was superb. I was greeted so warmly at check-in by the sweetest lady (I wish I had caught her name!). That first impression already made me feel welcomed and valued. Shortly after, Mrs. Karen called my name and we headed to her chair — and let me just say, that was the BEST decision I made. She worked absolute magic on my hair. After she washed all my grays away, I felt brand new! I have very thick hair, and she handled it with such ease and confidence. What can be overwhelming for some stylists looked effortless in her hands. Beyond the hair transformation, the conversation was everything. We talked, we laughed, and I left feeling lighter than when I came in. Mrs. Karen may not know it, but she was truly my angel that day. If you’re thinking about booking — go ahead and do it. You will not be disappointed!

I had a fantastic experience. Jacob was very knowledgeable and attentive. His vibe right away said my appointment was going to be great. He listened to all of my concerns and questions without interruption. He then answered and also asked follow up questions to make sure we were on the same page. He made suggestions and helped me to express my vision. He also recommended products based on my needs and concerns. I’m so happy with how everything went with this appointment. I’m looking forward to seeing him again in 8 weeks.

I was so pleasantly surprised by Hott Heads Salon. Every person I had an interaction with was warm, welcoming, and seemed happy to be there. I had the pleasure of meeting Jada, who is absolutely stellar! She listened, looked over photos of the ideas I had, talked to me in both hair stylist lingo then fluidly explained the same thing in a matter I could fully understand. I never rebook after a haircut & coloring because this is very foreign to me, I don't typically spend the time and energy on my hair that I should. All of that to say - I am already booked for 3 months from now! I love my hair that much, and greatly liked that Jada seemed to love doing what she does.

This was my first time going to this salon and I had my hair done by Jacob. I’m so happy I did! He was very professional, took his time, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with every step. My hair came out beautiful and healthy, exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back and recommending him to others!

I’ve been here many times but the girl I used to go to left so I figured we would try someone new. That was a mistake. I made my girls an appointment and their hair looks so bad. Their nana had to take them both back up to ask her to cut pieces she missed and I still found pieces when they got home. My daughter is 10 and she said "her hair is hard to cut because it’s so thick. She will be charged as an adult next time." Like what? You should know how to cut thick hair in this profession. I usually love this place but the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Jada is such a great stylist! She’s super nice and brought my vision to life for my new style. My hair felt so soft & looked amazing after the wash and cut. Definitely book with her, she won’t let you down!

I had my first appointment today with Jada and I finally feel like I found someone who listened and understood what I was asking/looking for. She took her time, talked me through everything and continued to check in with me throughout the haircut to make sure we were on the same page. I absolutely adored her and am looking forward to my next appt—which I already booked! Thank you, Jada!
