A Salon Nouveau 1

I went to the salon on December 27 to get a wig installed. This was my first wig install and my last!!! When booking appointment I asked twice how much it would be my answer was not answered. The Hairdresser Was more concerned about me booking the appointment Instead of answering my question to let me know the price the day I went to get my Wig install The hairdresser ask Cause she cut my side burns down a little I said yes because I never had a wig installed before I said of her, cutting her down a little she took clippers and cut Completely off the FM map of getting my wig installed. I had a chemical burn that she created by using two photos that you do not supposed to use together. I have lost significant hair in the front of my head. This was so disappointing for this to be my first outcome to the point that I cannot wear my hair ponytail cause I have two ball patches in the front of my head, and my hair is thin in the front Now.. and it’s not to mention, I didn’t find out how much it would be to get my hair done until after she did it and for what I paid, it was not worth it, especially with the loss of hair they might not come back due to me having a chemical burn and I did not want to make this post or give this bad review, but I have been very depressed since the loss of my hair and as a woman, my hair is something I take pride with me working in the health field $125 is what I paid for somebody to pay in my hair. They really didn’t know what they was doing to damage my wig by cutting parts That should have been cut off by stitching the back of my way when I told her not to, and And told me to put my own make up on it to hide my lace in front of my head is so sensitive due to the chemical burn. It hurts to put scars on my hair and I have to wear a work cap at work because i’m disappointment that I allow someone to create a bit lack of hair loss that was never there before and thatI let someone play in my hair that I thought that was professional. I knew what she was doing and I’m very self-conscious of the ball patches that I have in my hair and I’m only 32 years old. I do not recommend The salon for this type of work.. but to the upmost, I kept my respect because she was an older hairdresser, but when I left out of her salon, I was not satisfied with the service. I was more concerned, trying to figure out why was it itching and burning so bad until I took the wig off to notice I had a whole chemical burn

I had a wonderful experience here at Nouveau 1 Hair Salon. I have been going to her for a while now, and I have never been disappointed with any hairstyle she has ever done. She is very professional and takes pride in what she does. My experiences with Ms. Brenda, the hairstylist, has been a great one. Come on, let's book a hair appointment today! Brenda has been the ONLY person to whip my hair up since I've been here for FOUR YEARS! Brenda is very professional & knowledgeable about hair care.. SHE CARES! The salon atmosphere is clean & welcoming! I am really happy with her services and will continue to visit my "HAIRSLAYER" because that's what she is! Set you an appointment and let her do her thang... She is all that and more 👑

I called the shop, to ask about a certain hair grease, that I purchased over a year ago from this location, well, the owner stated, that she was out of that particular brand, and she would call the person whom she gets the product from, and for me to call back the next day, well, I texted first with a detailed reminder text, as well as a phone/V.M., well no reply/answer. I'm a customer, ready to buy a product from the salon. Just a little disappointed. 🙁

The owner is very nice and welcoming she does really good hair a little pricey but the out come is great so I was very pleased 😀. I got a wave nouveau put in and it turned out lovely.

I love my haircut! I was afraid to cut my hair for a decade now, it was damage with bleaching as well and she did a great job with my hair ❤️

I get the best styles and service here. The atmosphere is wonderful. Prices are comparable to other salons. The master stylist sets this salon heads above all others.
