Heather is fabulous! She is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. She has not only colored, cut, and styled my hair, but also did permanent make-up. The permanent eyeliner is AMAZING! I would highly recommend Heather for all the above services! Not sure where Jamie K is getting her information from, but read the other reviews- they are a true representation of Heather's attributes. She is incredible at EVERYTHING she does. I have family members that also go to her and they too are VERY satisfied.

I got my upper permanent eyeliner done about 2 years ago by Heather. Thankfully, my skin took it very well so I didnt need a touch up. I absolutely loved the results. Today, I decided to get it done again. Again, she didnt disappoint and did fantastic work. She has definitely made a life long customer. She makes sure you are comfortable, gives you numbing cream, and does excellent work.

I went to Kim to get permanent eyeliner and to get my hair done. She did a good job on my permanent eyeliner even though I think one eye's line was a little too thin. It is all right though, because she offered to fix it for free! It is important to her that all of her customers are happy, and that her work is of high quality. I know there is always a little bit of fading or shedding associated with permanent eyeliner ,so it is good to find someone who is willing to work with the way your body is specifically. She did a great job on my hair, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. It was 5 different colors and had taken lots of damage. Lol. I respectfully disagree with a previous review saying her prices are too high, I thought they were actually quite reasonable.

I've been going to Heather for years. She fixed my hair when another stylist burnt it, and has given me many different styles over the years. Like the other reviewer, I wear a headscarf, and Heather has been very accommodating.

Got a perm done here and it didn't turn out the way I wanted. I showed her a hairstyle picture of what kind of curls I want, she showed me a picture of a totally different curl and told me they're are same curls. I spent $160 and the curls didn't even last for three days and she told me it supposed to last for one year. When I asked her again how long will it last then she changed her words and said half year. What a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this salon.

Her business is in vague state now. I see her business is now taking only old customers, and the interior is still not well organized. Inside is still shabby now. It is not improved since 2020, and I still don't know the reason why. I wouldn't recommend her anymore.

The individual arrived promptly, and the process of changing the lock on the business took less than twenty minutes to complete. We wholeheartedly endorse this service!
