I went in wanting curtain bangs. I felt like my bangs were done in a rush because I was a walk- in and there was a customer who walked in shortly after who had an appointment. So she took me in before getting to him which service lasted 5 mins and I was out the door. I wasn’t happy with the outcome and it looks so choppy even when I blow dry brush my hair.. Luckily I’m able tuck em behind my ears. So disappointing I always fear on getting anything done to my hair because of things like this.

Around December 2024, I began a hair transition process at Aspire Salon, where Eva worked, understanding that it would be a gradual process. During the first two sessions at Aspire Salon, I trusted Eva’s professional advice and showed her the style I hoped to achieve. Eva reassured me that it would take a few sessions to get to my desired look, and I agreed to follow her guidance. Given that I have always had healthy, long hair, I was cautious about making drastic changes, but Eva insisted that this would be the "safest" route. Although my hair wasn’t exactly as I envisioned after the first two sessions, I remained patient and hopeful, trusting that the final outcome would be worth it. However, during the final session in December 2024 at AprimaSalon, Eva’s actions caused catastrophic damage. Not only did she burn and damage my hair, but she also had to cut about half the length of my hair due to the extent of the damage. As I ran my hands through my hair, large amounts of it fell out, leaving me devastated. I was overwhelmed with emotion, crying uncontrollably, and in complete shock. Even Eva’s coworker at Aprima was visibly stunned by the damage done. Since that traumatic day, I have been struggling with severe emotional and mental distress. The sight of my hair falling out in clumps every time I shower or brush it has caused me significant anxiety. A portion of my hair has been burned off, leaving me with a small section of bangs that are too short to style. The physical damage is heartbreaking, but the emotional and psychological toll has been far more severe. I feel embarrassed, ashamed, and deeply self-conscious. This experience has affected my mental health in profound ways, leaving me anxious, depressed, and fearful. Although Eva has sent me voicemails and text messages offering free treatments to "fix" the damage, these offers have done little to resolve the lasting emotional and physical impact. I have not gone back because I have lost all trust in her. It has now been about 8 months and my hair still isn’t healed. The amount of pain I have endured during this time, I wouldn’t wish upon anyone.🥺

I am happy I booked an appointment with this salon. I use to go here when it was Textures. My previous stylist relocated farther away. I have been having trouble finding a stylist that I aligned with since. I met Nicole here and she color, cut, and styled my hair. I love how it turned out. Not only that Nicole has a very confident, sweet, and friendly personality. To me that is just as important as the hair service. I really appreciated her suggestions for my hair. I am happy to have finally found another hair stylist in this area that makes me feel confident with my hair. Thank you for the great work. .

Eva has been workig on my hair for years. I am very picky about my hair and she spends time and her skills to make me look great when I walk out of her salon. If you like scalp massage, you are coming to the right place. Shampoo includes scalp massage. I give her 5 stars because she has great customer service and gets to know her clients needs

Eva provides excellent haircuts and customer service. She will cut your hair to complement the shape of your face. I have stiff Asian hair. Eva knows how to cut my hair so that my hair doesn’t stick up straight. She also makes sure you leave clean with no cut hair left on you.
