I had a really frustrating experience during my visit today. When I signed in, there was only one person ahead of me on the check‑in sheet, so I expected a short wait. Instead, I ended up waiting over an hour while three people who arrived after me were taken back before I was. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told they had appointments — something I had no way of knowing when I signed in. If there were multiple appointments scheduled after the person ahead of me, I would have appreciated being told upfront. I would have gone somewhere else rather than sit there indefinitely. It also would have been helpful if someone suggested I make an appointment when I checked in, especially since the sheet made it look like I was next. The stylist who eventually cut my hair was polite and did a good job, but the overall experience was disappointing. No one explained the situation until I asked, and I just sat there watching people who came in after me get taken back. Better communication would have made a huge difference.

This should be one of the top salons in our region area. Not only did they wait for us to show up at the last minute but the stylist Sherri was so sweet and actually took her time to listen to my son. She did an amazing job period. Thank you, I wish the world had more people like you.

Sherri is a miracle worker, my hair looked rough i was embarrassed to take it out of the pony tail and I walked out looking and feeling amazing, i am deff coming back 100% recommend having Sherri do your hair she is very kind knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I love what she did with my hair. I will post a picture of my before and after when I get home.

Went in for a cut 2 years ago and it was perfect! I went in today for a similar cut and asked for it to be just below my shoulders. The stylist started too short and by time she was finished, it didn't even reach my shoulders. I have very thick hair and asked for it to be both thinned and layered. She tried to argue with me that my hair didn't need layers because it would make it too poofy. But I know my hair, and for it to lay right and not be too puffy, it needs thinned and layered. I went home and cried. I know it's just hair and it grows, but I have enough anxiety behind cutting my hair ( the reason it's been 2nuears since I cut it). This certainly didn't help.

Great experience today for myself and my 2 daughters. We all loved our stylists and our hair cuts.

Jessie cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows and it's literally the best haircut I've ever had. He was patient even tho it was late and close to closing time when I got there. He made sure everything was perfect and his personality was top notch. I give him 10000/10!! He was amazing. Highly recommend!!
