Jenny's Hair

I personally have not been to Jenny's Hair. I happen to live in Jenny's neighborhood and she has had a bad attitude to my family and our neighbor for no reason. She thinks that she owns the strip of land behind our house in this alley way that her tenants happen to use as a driveway. She has called city on us for planting a small bush on that land in hopes to make her "driveway" area a little nicer looking. The city didn't care. At all. They laughed at the fact someone called them for a bush and were annoyed that someone had wasted their time. Once a few years back we were playing capture the flag and we went inside for a quick snack and when I got back outside she was taking our flags. I was very polite and tried to ask what she was doing but she ignored me and wouldn't even look at me like I was a human. She then took the flags to her house and put them in the trash. Jenny has also driven very fast towards my small siblings and their friends who were playing on a public space; the alley way. She has complained to the city many times about the kids playing, being joyful. She doesn't like our neighbors basketball hoop that's in the street she doesn't own right behind my neighbors home. So if you don't like children and joy and you don't treat your neighbor like you want to be treated, by all means, go to Jenny's Hair! I do actually think she has lots of clients who really appreciate her prices and her talents. But if you go, do try to cheer Jenny up! I know that something must be wrong for a person to act this way... and I wish I could fix it. That is all I have. Do with that what you will.

I have been going to Jenny for years - love her! She always makes sure we are on the same page before starting. I get cut and color - never disappointed. My hair is thin and cranky. She makes it look great 🙂

I had a great experience here! Easy location to get to and very friendly conversation. I had never been to a salon before or had my hair professionally dyed and she took great care of me, and my hair looks perfect. Also very reasonable pricing, which is really nice especially for students. She was very experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. I had a friend who was charged a ton of money for a sub par dye job and when she saw my hair she was shocked at how good it looked and that I got such a bang for my buck. I would definitely recommend Jenny’s Hair to anyone in Eugene over any other salons—in fact, I’ll be making appointments here when I come to Eugene to visit in the future!

I started going to Jenny after looking for a salon on yelp over 2 years ago. She is the first stylist in years who understood exactly what type of cut I wanted. Because she is so quick I wondered how my hair would turn out but it is always beautiful and I get compliments often. The salon takes me back in time to how cozy they always were when I was younger. Thanks for always taking good care of me.

Looked up the best salon in Eugene and came up with Jenny's. I'm a college student living near UO campus and I'm glad I made the trip out for a haircut. I called the day before I wanted one and she had an appointment at a perfect time in the morning. I had an appointment with Jenny herself who is just the sweetest woman ever. She asked all the right questions and listened to exactly what I wanted and made suggestions based on my hair type and preferred maintenance. She even gave me great tips on how to keep my hair healthy. She is very skilled, quick, and exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. It's a very cozy friendly salon. Above all, the service and price were unbeatable! Incredibly affordable especially for a college student like me. I have received way worse haircuts for twice the price. Will definitely return when I need my hair taken care of 🙂

I recently moved to Eugene to attend UO and decided to consult Yelp for a good haircut. I found Jenny and emailed her - within an hour I had an email back, and she offered her phone number to text (very personable)! All I had to do was show her a picture of a celebrity's hair, and she had it. Within half an hour, she had my hair washed, cut (about 8 inches off), blow dried, and styled. It was the first time I've ever immediately loved a hair cut. Jenny was very nice and chatted with me like we'd already known each other. I'll without a doubt be back for my next cut!

Kathryn was absolutely fabulous! I was really unsure what I wanted to get done and she was super great with giving me ideas and helping me find something that I liked. I felt comfortable and well taken care of, she was very happy to show me some hair tips, and explain what she was doing, or what she was putting in my hair. I love the end result and will definitely be recommending friends and family to her!
