JA Hair Styling is a underrated gem in Eugene. Gave me easily the best haircut I've ever had in my life. I was a bit nervous at first because of the language barrier but if you come with a picture or use google translate to tell him what you want he will not disappoint. Also haircuts include a shampoo and condition as well as free shave for a very good price. If you are a student go here!!!

i got a haircut from him awhile ago but i noticed that people say that he doesn't know how to do his job. he knows how to do his job and he's really good at it. it's just a bit of a language barrier is all. He's really nice. Also, if you're asian, this is probably the best place to get a haircut because we all know how most places cut asian hair 🤣👍🏻

Michael is truly amazing. He is quick, efficient and very friendly. It was my first time coming here, and I got what i asked for! I speak Mandarin, so communication was not a problem. For English speakers, I recommend having a picture of what you want, and google translate on hand. BUT PLEASE DON'T LET THAT DETER YOU! His prices are reasonable, and as a student it's so conveniently close to campus! I'll definitely be coming back for my next haircut 🙂

This is the best place in Eugene for a haircut, he paid attention to detail and gave me the perfect cut. I definitely will be returning! I highly recommend if you want a good fade for a fair price!

Michael is awesome. In 10 years of getting the same hair cut, I’ve never had someone do it with such precision, style, and confidence. Yes Michael is Chinese. Yes his English isn’t perfect. Pull out your phone and show a picture of what you want or use google translate. It’s 2023. Come with a little trust and patience and you will not regret coming here.
