Ashley did an amazing job! She chopped off 12+inches and gave me a fun, cute and sassy haircut that I absolutely love! The pictures do not do it justice!

Hannah is a fantastic hair dresser. She gave me the exact look I was searching for and styled my hair so cute. I felt like a million bucks when I walked out of the salon. She was super friendly and served me with respect and dignity.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this salon handled a simple and reasonable concern. I got a perm here two days ago, and it has already started falling out. I called to schedule an appointment to have it redone and specifically asked to see a different stylist. I did not ask for a free service, I just wasn’t comfortable returning to the same person. Instead of trying to help, the manager, Ashley, called me back and accused me of lying. She was rude and dismissive, and ultimately canceled my appointment altogether. The reasoning given was that during my original consultation, the stylist (Hanna) mentioned the perm might fall out - which doesn’t justify refusing to address the result when it actually did. I was in the hair industry for 18 years, and I have never treated an unhappy client with this level of disrespect. Even when results aren’t guaranteed, professionalism and customer care should be. This situation could have been handled with basic courtesy and a willingness to find a solution, but instead I was met with hostility. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend a business that treats clients this way when they have a legitimate concern.

Abby is the best! I felt very at ease and enjoyed how collaborative our process was 😊 She both provided me thoughts and advice and also inquired about and prioritized my preferences/hopes. Very attentive to details! I wish I lived in Eugene and could be a regular, but unfortunately I’m just here for the holidays. Big recommend!! 👏🏼

10/10 experience. My stylist was great, gave me recommendations for my type of hair (curly) and she did an amazing job with the haircut.

Ashley is great! She's been cutting my hair for a couple years and always knocks it out of the park! She did a wonderful job on my hair today and took off the perfect amount of length. She always does fantastic at getting my curly hair into just the style I want.

Ashley did a great job with my 19 month old and her hair looks great! And it was so much better for me because I didn't have to deal with that rude lady at shine. We will be coming back!
