Serenity Happy Nails

My little sister showed me the photo of the nails she wanted and I said oh boy let’s see if anyone can even do these. And the folks at Serenity absolutely nailed it! They were so sweet and accommodating and did a wonderful job on her acrylic nails with all these decals! We will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely time at the salon with my daughter! We both got short nail manicures and pedicures, and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff were so friendly and patient, especially with my daughter. It made the experience fun and relaxing for both of us. Clean space, great color selection, and excellent attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back for another mother-daughter pamper day!

they are open earlier than 8:15, so i went in. the lady was super nice. I got there around 7:50, they couldn’t have been helped till 8:40. which is too close to my work time, cause i don’t want to be late. i know the lady really tried but if you are saying you’re opening early online, you should have staff ready. lowkey after this i lost the motivation to get my nails done, and feel like going else where. i don’t appreciate how unprepared they were. bet service is cool tho ig?

Did a walk in today with my bestie for pedis! They instantly welcomed us in, asked what we wanted, and got working on us right away. Very friendly, sweet, thorough & kind staff! Ambiance is very soothing & it’s very cleanly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone even if you’re not getting anything fancy like me! I got white toes & my bestie got French tips! Oh & we both did the European Spa treatment! Very worth it, that’d id also recommend (:

My first time in this place and honestly, the experience was awkward and uncomfortable. First of all when I walked in , I was not greeted. There were 4 workers sitting on their phone. None of them showing a "Happy" attitude. A man proceeded to work on an acrylic manicure, I asked for very small nails, he looked mad , was rushing and straight up looked like he was fed up. When he filed my nails he cut me twice and never apologized. The nails came out so ugly! I was so disappointed for paying $50 for thick, uneven, 2 open cuts on 2 fingers and out of shape nails. I do not recommend this place for acrylic nails. The atmosphere is very awkward and not welcoming.

Today Chole did my pedicure. This is the only place I go to have my nails done. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly. I always get a nice job done on me.

Love getting pedicures here. Everyone I've gotten has been great until today. The gal didn't cut my cuticles and the gal next to her was doing a fabulous pedicure really cutting and getting the cuticles trimmed. I asked why isn't my nail tech doing this? It took a moment but the owner/manager Tom stepped in cut my cuticles and also did my massage. I lucked out on the massage because his pressure was really nice. Unlike some of the gals who don't really massage they just got through the motions. All in all Tom saved the day. He handed it back to the gal who started to finish me off on the polishing. All in all was VERY satisfied at the end. Grateful he noticed she wasn't doing what the other lady was. Love the color, love my toes. Looking superb 👌
