This was the worst experience my mom has ever had at a salon. My mother is 72 years old, and the stylist completely ruined her hair. The haircut was done terribly — uneven, choppy, and nothing like what she asked for. It made her so upset and depressed, and I felt awful seeing her like that, especially just a few days before my baby shower. It’s been almost two months now, and her hair still hasn’t grown back to how it used to be. I honestly don’t know how this stylist was hired — she clearly doesn’t have the skills or experience to be cutting hair. There was a different lady before who was absolutely amazing, but this younger stylist destroyed my mom’s hair and confidence. I would never recommend letting this person cut your hair. Please be careful if you go to this salon.

Disappointed. The first picture is what I asked for and the last 2 is what I got. I was with alma, she’s nice but she gave me literal babylights even though I showed her my inspiration pic. This ruined my day. Go here if you don’t really care about how your hair turns out

Alma did a HORRIBLE job to my daughter. She DOESNT KNOW how to color hair. Other reviews say exactly the same. She IS NOT a professional. AVOID THIS PLACE

Arrived 10 mins before my appointment and my stylist Emily greeted me at the door! She was so patient and encouraged me to relax and enjoy. I was nervous because I was taking off about 10" to donate and she helped eat the transformation. Thank you!

My daughter and I love this salon. We’ve been going here for years because they go above and beyond, prices are great, and it feels like home. Alma has been our stylist and she always delivers! She has changed my style and color several times and it always come out gorgeous!

Alma did my hair good, she did what I asked for!!! Her patience to make your hair look good and come out very pretty is what I love!

I Love Avanti Salon! I have been a client of Loann's for almost 20 years!! She is SO great with color and always gives me such a great cut and style. I don't event tell her what I want anymore, I trust her completely and I always leave feeling & looking so great! The salon is very clean, they have a good variety of products available too. The stylists are all super friendly and professional and the owner Mary is so great! I won't go anywhere else.
