From start to finish, the experience at The Parlour was exceptional. The booking process was incredibly convenient and seamless, which immediately set the tone. Shannon was absolutely wonderful—so easy to talk to, a great listener, welcomes photos, and is very communicative throughout the entire process. Her talent is undeniable and more importantly, she’s the KINDEST human. While my hair was finishing, I had the chance to observe the salon, and it was clear how deeply Shannon cares about her craft, her company, and her team. The culture she’s built is truly special. She runs an apprentice program and is incredibly attentive, patient, and guiding with those team members—it was impressive to watch. Every stylist supported one another with excitement and professionalism, and the environment felt collaborative, uplifting, and thoughtful. Shannon is the absolute BEST! I have seen her now for 4+ years, and beyond happy with my services with her.
