The staff provide helpful tips for maintaining your hair at home, which is a nice touch. I left feeling confident and pampered. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for expert hair care!

Mary was wonderful about taking her time to ask questions about what I wanted before starting any services and fully explaining how my options would look today AND as my hair grows out. We agreed on a plan and pricing was very transparent. She was friendly and kind throught the appointment. All the staff were super contentious about checking in to offer beverages or snacks throughout my visit. The salon was really beautiful and well set up. The shampoo bowls had the comfiest heat supports I've ever experienced. The ends results of my cut and color looked beautiful. I will definitely return!

She greeted me with genuine friendliness, listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The result looks great, and I’ve already received several compliments. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots nearby, and the salon’s location is easy to find. Overall, Define Salon offers a top‑notch service, a comfortable environment, and a talented team. I’ll definitely be returning and recommend it to anyone looking for a great haircut and a pleasant salon experience.

My facial with Julia was fantastic. Could not recommend this service more! It was relaxing and she was extremely knowledgeable. She educated me on treatments that would be helpful in the future without pressure. The spa was convenient, easy to access and super cute! Highly recommend!

I just got an amazing hair cut by Kaily! Kaily was so sweet and patient. I have had bad hair cuts in the past, so I was nervous about cutting my hair short again. However, Kaily gave me great input on my ideas, which helped me feel more confident about this new look. Overall, she did a wonderful job and I’m so happy with my hair. Also, I had an amazing shampoo from Steffany. She gave the best head massages and made me feel so relaxed. I felt like I was getting princess treatment! All in all, I had an amazing experience here at define and I will definitely be back!

Melanie Otto has been my stylist for more than 10 years now. She has been with Define since they opened. I have never had a bad experience here. They have stellar customer service, every one of the ladies who have washed my hair over the years have been fabulous and accommodating (I have a sensitive scalp), and the ladies at the front desk are so welcoming. All that and the atmosphere inside Define is relaxing and comfortable but mad stylish. I used to cut my own hair before Melanie took over. She asked me on my first visit not to cut it myself - that if I got to the point where it was bugging me and I wanted to get the scissors out, to call her. I took her at her word and haven't picked up the scissors to cut my own hair again in over 10 years. She is fabulous at her craft, always puts me at ease, and (bless her heart) she's never allowed to retire.

Since moving a few years ago, I drive 75 minutes each way from my new home to continue with Define Hair & Skin. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and helpful on every level! The salon is beautiful with comfort and just the 'right touches' to make you feel welcomed and valued as a client. Unique lighting fixtures in every area of the full salon add to that feel - even the restrooms are distinctive and beautifully appointed. Define Hair & Skin offers a wide array of products that your stylist can recommend for your personal needs and guide you on their use. I can recommend Alyssa as she is my stylist. (That's why I book my appointments as far ahead as I can to make sure she stays my stylist!)
