Ana's Hair Studio

I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged an outrageous $140 for a simple haircut and wash, which is far beyond what I was led to believe the prices would be. When I spoke to the gentleman at the salon and asked for the price of a haircut, he stated that it would be $85 or more. However, after my appointment, I was shocked to be charged $140. When I called back to clarify, I was informed that I had been charged extra for the time spent at the salon. This was never communicated to me, and I feel completely misled. The reason I’m upset is that I wasn’t informed about these additional charges beforehand. On top of everything else, when I called to clarify, the man I spoke to insisted that I was asking for the stylist to work for free, which was both insulting and unprofessional. After looking online, I discovered that the price for a normal haircut, wash, and style is $65 plus tip. I also saw that the standalone price for a completely different service is $140. It seems to me that I wasn’t even charged for the correct service, which adds to my frustration.

Anna worked a miracle on my hair. She used her skills to rehab my thinning hair and to give me a style that I can easily work with at home.

Wonderful experience. The staff worked me in that day about 4 hours before my appointment. They were all friendly when I was there. My stylist was wonderful, she went through and explained each product as she used it, why she used it and how to use it. Excellent product knowledge! My hair came out wonderful! I am so happy to have found a place in El Paso that I trust and that produces great quality work! I highly recommend!

Just got my hair cut there for the first time. I'm new to El Paso, so I just googled salons, this one seemed pretty promising based on the review. I am so happy with the haircut and all the staff of Ana's!!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was very attentive and nice. Mireya cut my hair and I will definitely be going back, she listened to what I wanted and it ended up even better than I'd thought my hair could be! The only negative ratings I saw for Ana's was the price. I thought the pricing was decent compared to the quality of service and cut I received. I will be going back for sure! Thanks

It's my first time coming to Ana. I had been going to the same hair stylist for years and was very nervous to try someone new. Ana was wonderful! She worked with my limited time and still managed to make my vision come to life. My hair looks great and I look forward to going again.

The customer service was awesome! The ladies were very attentive and accommodating concerning my time and comfort. My cut & style was perfect — done by Ana herself! I absolutely love the flow & layers with just the right amount of wisps and curls👍🏼 The shop is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Keep up the great work and thank you!

A terrific place to get your new or updated do. They know what they are doing. The place is welcoming and comfortable! My hair can be a pain to get a style I can live with that looks great. They did a great job! I thought it would be super expensive (the place is nice) but it was very competitive with other hair salons! a nice surprise!
