maysaa is so sweet! she was quick to communicate with me through text and give a quote. i went in to bleach my black hair to blonde, and maysaa booked me in the same week! unfortunately, we found that i had black box dye leftover in my hair (my mistake, i thought i grew it out), but maysaa immediately adjusted to the situation and gave me a beautiful alternative. she also gave me a haircut for free, noticing that my at-home lazy trims needed a professional touch. all to show that loves doing hair 🙂 the salon was huge, affordable, and well staffed. i’m definitely coming back to maysaa for future hair appointments. thank you maysaa!

While the hairstylist was nice, she did a horrible job. I asked for a trim and some layers, she took off several inches from the front and left it super uneven and noticeably bad. I made a second appointment so they can fix it (aka take several inches off the back to even it out). Not at all what I wanted. I would not come back nor recommend to anyone.
