Doesn’t matter whether you manage to book a reservation. You have to wait until all old Korean women’s hair cuts are done for whom arrive even way after you. They seem clearly ignoring reservation to prioritize their friends coming into the shop with a couple of Starbucks coffee that perfectly work as bribery. If you are new to the place, even no one will say "Hello" or "Welcome" to you, nor explaining anything about what’s going on.

The male hairstylist cut my hair and was very skilled. I appreciated the attention to detail. Very reasonable price. Wish I could communicate with my hairstylist. I showed him pictures, he said ok and went to work. The result was pretty close to the pictures. I'm happy with the haircut. I will only come here on a slow weekday with an appointment. They are always so busy. Will be back.

Great price for perms I just wish they answered their phone

This is the only place I go for hair cuts. Prices are very good and the owner is very experienced so be sure to ask for the main guy. My hair always comes out looking good (Korean style). They are very busy so you have to call ahead (few days) for a reservation. Also don't expect to get your cut exactly on your reservation time (so many people getting hair cuts). I usually end up getting to 15 to 30mins later.

I agree with the long wait and the male stylist’s work other ppl mentioned in their reviews. I always scheduled an appointment but had to wait 20ish minutes although I was there on time. The male stylist gives Korean speakers a thorough haircut but a quick one to non Koreans including me. My recent haircut was done with 30 minutes including washing it and drying my dress which got wet during the hair wash due to his fault. He didn’t even apologize. Hope they will treat all customers equally. Live out the American values while working and residing here.

Hard to make an appointment, but it doesn't matter because even though you get there on time, you will have to watch 3 more people getting hair done in front of you. What a waste of time!
