The receptionist was friendly, the waiting area was beautiful, and my stylist, made the entire appointment feel luxurious. They offer comfortable washing stations, and ensure you are happy with every step of the process. It's more than just a haircut, highlights and coloring ; it's a pampering experience. I visited this salon yesterday (July 30th 2025) for waxing and threading, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The ownership and staff have changed, and unfortunately, the new team is completely unprofessional. They clearly lack even the most basic knowledge about waxing. There were only two people working that day, and one of them told me she was tired from how busy it had been. Because of that, she was sitting casually beside me on the waxing bed and doing the waxing in a lazy, careless way. Not only was it unprofessional, but she didn’t even remove all the hair properly. When I showed her the areas that still had visible hair, she just kept saying "that’s not hair" — without even checking properly. Also look at images how the eyebrow threading was done by those unprofessional people in this saloon. They clearly don’t have trained or motivated staff. This was by far the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. To the owner: Please understand that customers come expecting quality service. You need to hire proper, well-trained staff who are professional and take their work seriously. This was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had, and I won’t be returning. Mover over they were talking in their mother tongue, They also speak in their own language among themselves also with customers, and don’t make any effort to communicate with customers clearly in English or in a way that’s easy to understand when customer asked multiple times. That’s not acceptable in a service-based business where communication and customer experience matter.

I visited this salon today after reading the google reviews and I must say they did a fantastic job in providing the required services. I am most happy with my hairstylist, Zara, today who did an amazing job by giving a beautiful haircut. Looking forward to my next visit here😊 and would definitely like to recommend it to others!

Honestly the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. I went to Zara Salon not really knowing what to expect, but they seriously delivered. The attention to detail was on point. The place has a chill vibe too, along with a very friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quality cut and someone who knows what they’re doing. I’m sticking with this spot from now on.

I had such a great experience at Zara’s Hair Salon! The employees were very welcoming and got started on my hair right away. The hair wash was super relaxing, and Safia knew exactly what my hair needed. She also gave me a hairstyle that perfectly fits my face shape and made me look amazing. My hair was dry and brittle from chlorine damage, and she recommended a protein treatment specifically suited to my hair type. The results were amazing, my hair feels soft, nourished, and so much healthier. The scalp massage was incredibly relaxing, and the overall experience was both professional and soothing.
