Lili Salon Spa Galleria is truly The Best of the Best! I appreciate the service I receive from the time I check-in at the counter, throughout my service and finishing at check-out. Staff is courteous, respectful and informative. Haley is my main stylist (I LOVE HER), but when she’s traveling I have no hesitation selecting another to take care of my hair. I recently saw Ben and he worked his magic and gave me results that were above my expectations. Haley, John and the entire staff at Lili Salon Spa Galleria are top-notch and I highly recommend them to my friends and family looking for any service and MedSpa.

I visited Lili Salon today, and as always, Amy was absolutely amazing. She is friendly, genuine, and truly listens. I love how she gives personalized recommendations and explains the reasoning behind them so I always feel informed and confident. Amy took my hair from frail and damaged to healthy and strong, and her encouragement has genuinely boosted my confidence. Every appointment with her feels like a reset. The salon itself is always clean, never overly loud, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Checking in is pleasant and kind — they always ask how I’m doing and offer a beverage. Amy also explains the products in a way that is helpful and easy to understand, which has definitely encouraged me to purchase. The salon is modern and comfortable. Merchandise and accessories are displayed so cute. I always look forward to my time at Lili Salon. Amy is the best!

Cassie is amazing for haircuts--she listens, pays attention to detail, and always delivers exactly what I'm looking for. Seanne is the best for hair color, bringing expertise and precision to every appointment. From styling to spa services, everything is top-notch. The salon is clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. My first visit. I was greeted with a pleasant, professional woman who offered me a beverage. My stylist was Shelby. She greeted me and was thorough in asking what I would like to do and how I would like to style my hair. Her shampoo and condition were relaxing! Shelby checked in with me on how I liked the length, and since I was uncertain, she requested a second opinion of Hailey. Hailey was great, really had some good ideas and was so personable. Shelby completed my cut then styled my hair. She actually went a few minutes over time with me, and was so sweet to be patient with me! Another woman came over and gave me a cute packet with samples and some information, she said it was to say welcome for my first visit at the salon. I appreciate the care taken.

Ashley was superb in every-way! Precise, attentive and professional. My husband said it was the best haircut he has ever had!! She is a keeper!!

My first experience at Lili was great! Anne was professional, fun and knowledgeable. My appointment was a couple of hours long and she did a great job of communicating the process throughout. She is a great balance of knowing when and how much to chat and when silence is good. The salon was clean, modern and comfortable. The front desk staff was inviting and kind. I will 100% return.
