I was a bit nervous to go to a new hair stylist but I was pleasantly surprised by my service here! Rosalea did a wonderful job and fully listened to my ideas for my hair and got started right away! She achieved exactly what I was looking for and she was incredibly sweet. Very affordable as well.

I made an appointment for several weeks out knowing that a haircut would be expensive. Two weeks before my appointment, I received a phone requesting that I pay a $75 deposit due to my history of cancelation. Yes, I was informed that the deposit would apply to my total cost. Yes, I was told that if I did not show then the deposit was non-refundable. While I understand folks need to make money and cancelations are inconvenient, I found this very frustrating. I have only canceled an appointment once and it was in 2023. I canceled the appointment in 2023 several days before the appointment. That does not mean I have a history of cancelation. I found this to be very frustrating and disappointing. When I first went to this salon in 2022, I enjoyed the stylist Shad. I really wanted to go back and have him cut my hair I wanted. Shad gave me confidence in a new stylist. I moved here from out of state and lost the stylist I had been using for many years. Now, knowing that there is a required deposit "due to my history", I will never go back. I will never give it a thought of trying to make another appointment here.

I got a haircut with Andrea today, and I loved how she took the time to explain what would best suit my face shape. She did a fantastic job, and I’m extremely happy with the results. She’s definitely going to be my go-to person for haircuts from now on. Thank you, Andrea, I truly appreciate your effort!

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Sarah J. I went to her to get balayage in my light brown hair - the process took over 3 hours, and by the end of it the top layer of my hair looked exactly the same color as I started with. I have thick hair, and it seemed like she was in a rush, putting a bunch of color in the under layer and almost none on the part of my hair that is visible. She also did a spotty application job even on the under layer (the photos attached are from 4 days after I got my hair done with her - it is patchy and looks like there is already root growth). As she was drying my hair, she gave me her card and told me to text her with any concerns. I texted the next day, saying I wanted more color along the top part - she responded telling me to wash my hair a few times. She then said she could get me in to fix it a MONTH later. I had to go spend another $200 with a different stylist to get it fixed, and when I asked for a partial refund, Sarah refused. She was nice, but I feel really let down by the results and her treatment of me.

Wow wow wow!!!!! Erin did a wonderful job. I’ll definitely recommend her for a haircut. This is the best haircut I ever had in 5 years. She is brilliant at her job. She explained me in detail on what she was gonna do and the outcome was exactly the way she said. Great ambience, professional staff and good customer service. Prices are a bit high but I agree for the service they provide☝️ ! $65 buck for an women’s perfect hair cut should be a decent price I guess.

Andrea was amazing. I had recently dyed my hair blonde at different salon but I didn’t love the color. Andrea was soo helpful, she knew exactly how to fix it! I came in for a consultation and two days later got my hair toned. And I love it!!! Highly recommend her.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I highly recommend you make an appointment with Terra. She did such a fantastic job on my daughters hair. She walked her through every step and was so efficient. Her personality is so vibrant that you trust her immediately. The results were so beautiful that I can't wait to come back and have her do my hair!!
