Please take a look at the hairstyle I achieved after four hours of styling. It was quite a challenge to achieve this look! After styling, I felt like I had given up, but then I realized I had to keep going. Before styling, I informed the hairdresser of my requirements and printed them out so that the hairdresser could see them more clearly. My styling requirements were as follows: 1. The middle parting line should be jagged, so that the left and right parting lines will look good after styling, and the top of the head won't be too flat. However, the hairdresser rejected this suggestion, saying that if it was done this way, the top of the head would become flat and saggy. 2. The angle of the hair on the top of the head must be raised and increased. The curling iron should start from 1.5 inches away from the hair roots and curl in a full circle. It is recommended to comb after curling to ensure that each hair strand is smooth and flat. Only then will the styled hair have a glossy finish. The upward curling method requires a lot of skill and patience from the hairdresser. I repeated this explanation, but the incorrect curling method was to start curling from the ends of the hair, with the ends being the first to be heated. This would result in insufficient temperature at the top of the head, preventing the desired shape from being achieved. They completely ignored this. The hair softened for about 30 minutes, and then the rollers were removed for setting for 5 minutes. In the end, the result was a messy hairstyle with many straight strands. The total cost was $320 for the styling and $460 for the total. It seems that there are additional charges for haircuts. I remember that two years ago, the styling and haircut were included here. This time, it was truly a waste of money.

Im New to the area so maybe I should of done a deeper check of the salon myself, but I have curly hair and my blowout was a complete failure. The service is nice but please be honest if you can’t work with a certain hair type. The first two pictures are my hair immediately after the blowout. The third picture is my hair after I usually get my blowouts, huge difference. If you don’t have straight hair I absolutely would not recommend this salon. Save your curls, my hair is literally fried after one blowout.

The head spa starts with an oil treatment placed on dry hair. Then this is where the magic begins. The wash station has this super comfy chair then your head is wrapped in a hot towel. Your scalp is then steamed, washed, and conditioned. Your scalp and neck are massaged the whole time. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Aki has magical hands, this was so good.

Viange is my go-to for the last four years. I get my haircuts with Shin every 6 weeks and he's superb. They've got a customer for life so long as they're here in Dublin! Be sure to call ahead of time to confirm availability if you're a new customer, I know their schedules can get busy.

I've come to see Kaori here a few times ever since I moved to Dublin. Kaori and her team are extremely skilled stylists and have quite a bit of experience working with colored hair and Asian hair. She did a red/purple balayage on my hair last year and was able to transition it to a blue ombre this year! The staff is super friendly and they always make sure you're comfortable with every step of the process, whether is hair washing or cutting or coloring.

I had a hair cut with Masa-san. The experience was very high end. He was meticulous and took his time checking his work from every angle to make sure it was perfect. The result is fabulous. Unfortunately this salon is very far from me because I live in Minnesota, but I will make an appointment next time I’m visiting California. Thanks Viange salon! 🙂

The stylists are great, patient, polite and know what exactly I was trying to achieve in styling. The only downside would be it’s too hard to book an appointment. A regular haircut appointment is usually six months out.
