The Loft Hair Design

Went in for a balayage with Emily and I absolutely regret going in at all. I spent $500 and 8+ hrs at the salon just to feel disappointed at the end. This was my 3rd time going into the Loft in the last 3 years and I’ve never left feeling this unsatisfied. I added pictures of what my hair looked like before (super light) & the reference pictures I showed Emily (also super light). I also added pictures of what my hair looked like after (darker, almost like a light ashy brown). I’ve been trying to wash out the toner the last 3 days in a row and it’s not going too well. I miss how my hair looked like before I went in and I’m super sad about it. I don’t think her work was terrible, it just simply wasn’t what I asked for. I wish I could get my time and money back.

Love The Loft! The staff is always welcoming, and Betty is an incredible hairdresser. I wouldn't go anywhere else-highly recommend.

I absolutely love this hair salon. Claudia did an excellent job with my hair she took her time and was very patient with me , she made feel very comfortable. Claudia is very professional and her work is amazing. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in. I'll Definitely come back to Claudia and recommend her @claudiauribe27

This is our second time coming here for a haircut. Betty has been wonderful both times. My daughter has left absolutely loving her hair. Everyone seems friendly and the salon looks clean and inviting.

Took my 13 year old daughter for her first cut and style. We had the pleasure of having Mauricio as her hairdresser today. He did an amazing job! Exactly what we asked for. He was kind and had patience because my daighter has a lot of thick hair. I will recommend 100%. We will be back again. Staff was nice and welcoming. Great salon in downey.

I love the service and the atmosphere! Such welcoming hospitality and vibe!! Claudia has been doing my hair for 8 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I've moved to different states (within those 8 years) so I know no one else compares. Today, I live hours away and will make the drive to get my hair done by her. She is AMAZING!!!!!
