Blue Orchid Salon Dothan al 36301

The ladies were nice but this is the worst haircut I've ever had. I showed Regina a picture how I wanted my hair.It was layered and she cut it with absolutely no layers just a blunt , straight cut.took her maybe 3 minutes to cut. Was too busy laughing and joking with other employes instead of concentrating on my hair. I will never return. Worse Salon I have been to in Dothan. Only to cost 120.00 !! And she is the owner! Think twice before you go. Now I have to go somewhere to get my hair fixed and readjusted.

Friendly and professional service. Took my daughter in for styling for a homecoming dance and was extremely happy. Greeted with a smile at the door, showed the girl photos of what we were looking to do and she offered a few suggestions. Definitely recommend their services.

Paid an absurd amount of money for a "haircut" I mentioned 3 times I wanted a lot of layers. I got 3 to 4 inches cut off with no layers and some really weird chopped up pieces she called "bangs" I felt bad she must have been new or at least I hope. Then she curled it without asking so I couldn't see what the end result was until I got home so I assume she curled it to hide what she did. No shampoo or anything... $50 for something I could have messed up myself at home!

I have been using Blue Orchid Salon for years now. The service is always great and everyone is very friendly. Lots of great stylists and great location! Regina is the best!

This is THE place to get your hair done! Rachel is PHENOMENAL! She did a color process and haircut for me & achieved exactly what I was looking for. Showed her a picture & she nailed it! Ha! I’m new to the area & so happy that I found her 🙂 Highly recommend!

Had an appointment, after about 15 minutes one of the girls attempted to call the stylist. When she called back after a bit she said she was stuck in traffic and would be in in 5 minutes. I can understand that so I waited another 15 minutes, still a no show. At 30 minutes past my appointment time I walked out. Only one girl in bothered to ask me if I needed anything, she was a sweetheart. It had been a while since I had been to this salon, and I used to love coming here, looks like I haven’t been missing out. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone who doesn’t have all day to wait around.

Color was not what my daughter asked for. Showed her pictures and everything and then I was charged for a full color, highlights and cut. No highlights were placed at all. Now my daughter has fire engine red hair and has senior pictures coming up
